This place its the worst place I’ve ever been. This place nasty dirty noisy smells bad. When I reserve it on the pictures were such lie around the area tons of homeless people. I don’t understand why they have to lie to people to stay in this place. 😡

So dirty. There was a blanket with poop and pee on it in the shared bathrooms and it wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were there. They didn’t have extra towels and the towels they did give us were stained.

Hotel property has not been properly taken care of. Old furniture, stained towels, old sheets. Like all SF the outside was surrounded by homeless people. Staff was nice and friendly.

The room was impeccably clean. The family that runs the establishment was polite and welcoming. In the middle of the blight that is the tenderloin in San Francisco this is truly an oasis that I look forward to being their guest again in the near future

Recommended for solo travelers on a budget. Hotel is clean. Rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. Area is tenderloin so much homelessness and crime. Be safe when leaving hotel and hotel is a good deal for price range.
