The staff who work here were all very friendly and helpful. The onsite security made me feel safe during my stay. If I had to complain about anything it would be the carpets need to be cleaned but that is me being extremely picky. I would definitely stay here again!

Great rates for SF and 450 feet away from the Orpheum Theater. Although they do need to update some of their information (i.e posters in the elevator advertising food/happy hour which there was none of), it was pretty much what we expected. We would stay there again.

Very disappointed with our stay. I was expecting a 4 star hotel as shown online. During our stay, there was only 1 working elevator. The carpets were stained throughout the hotel and the windows were dirty.

We thought the staff was attentive and super kind. The room had a great view. The cleanliness and overall vibe was kind of baseline like an airport hotel. Bummed there was no food. Room was pretty tiny and cramped. Carpet had stains but it was definitely cleaned. Seemed a bit run down overall.

The property itself was great and staff was amazing!! I felt safe while staying here! I only wish the area was a bit cleaner since San Francisco does have a lot of homeless but it was a great overall experience staying here. I will definitely stay here again my next San Francisco trip.
