"Wonderful experience. This was my first time in SF and first time staying at a hostel. I chose to stay in the private queen room. The location is awesome, right in the downtown area and close to public transportation. There’s free WiFi and a modest free breakfast (toast, cereal, boiled eggs, coffee). The second floor has a lounging area and a foosball table. The staff was kind and helpful. It was very clean. The room was spacious. "

"Got what I paid for. The pictures on hotels.com aren’t recent so there is obvious where and tear but the staff is friendly and professional. Despite the on going hotel strike across the street and endless disruptive noise, best stay I have ever had. "

"The staffs were excellent. Very helpful.the shared lobby and the kitchen are good too. The 6 bed shared room where I stayed were full of worn out beds, did not appear to be ‘clean’ enough. Not enough spaced to hang out used clothes. Maybe, considering the low cost, it should be accepted."
