"The property is all good and quiet (except the cooker is faulty). It is walkable distance to the market and parks, although it can get really busy with traffic. The room is clean, relaxing - there’s hot water in the shower but it doesn’t last long, it gets cold before you even finish showering. "The only good about this hotel is the location coz it's at the beach front. Everything else is not worth staying. Commonal bathroom and shower that ate very small, the room is literally just a cubicle with no other amenities except aircon and with the price of almost $100 per night, you'll get a far better experience at Hilton!!!!"

"Very difficult to find. Not ready to accept guests as it is a house not renovated to be hotel-like. The receiving bench is covered with dirty linen/seat cover. The house is not attractive to guests. It was not designed to accomodate paying guests. The toilet is dirty although the water supply is good. The room is very hot, no ventilation. "

"Griffin Lodge is a SCAM!! We had a confirmed booking on this place for February 25-27, 2022, also paid online and that it is no refund for any cancellations or rebooking. When we arrived, the whole place was barricaded with bamboo fencing. There were bystanders outside dilly dallying which looks weird and told us that there is nobody inside and that the place has been non-operational for more than two years. We tried contacting all the phone numbers associated with Griffin Lodge and there was no...

"New hotel in Bqguio, a must to check out! Affordable, spacious, with nice light vibes; good quality service, friendly smiling staff . Baguio is not as cold as it was before. Unlike the old classic hotel properties in the city, that dont have AC in the rooms, this hotel has AC installed in the rooms , that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The only thing downside maybe is the exterior design- make it more inviting… make the walkway better looking… additional nature touch to the front entrance will make it more”grande” looking as the name claims! Overall, Definitely will recommend "
