Villa Iris (a characteristic Italian house from the 70s) is the perfect choice for families with children or groups of friends. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

LOCATION: Villa Iris is located in the charming village of Portese (San Felice del Benaco). The beach, the lake and restaurants are within walking distance (about 350 m from the house).

DESCRIPTION: It is on two floors:
- on the ground floor there are a kitchen, a living room, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and the garden with tables, chairs and 4 sun loungers.
- on the first floor another living-room with a furnished terrace from which you can have meals enjoying the splendid view of the lake, two cozy bedrooms, a bathroom and a service bathroom plus a second kitchen.
Villa Iris was originally built for two apartments (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor connected by an internal staircase). With this listing you will have the entire house, which means both floors together.
This solution guarantees complete privacy, because you will be the only guests in the house.

Very nice house with a beautiful view
Me and my family altogether 8 persons spent a very nice week in the house. We cooked most of our own dinners in the kitchen and used the barbecue. There is no supermarket so you need a car to do the shopping. The old center of Portese was very beautiful and had nice wine bar. One evening there was a very nice market in Portese with barbecue. In the harbor there were nice restaurants. There is a nice beach with chairs, umbrellas, boats to hire and a good restaurant on walking distance, about 30 minutes walk. Thanks for a nice visit in your house.

Traumhafte Woche am Gardasee
Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen, für eine Woche an den Gardasee gereist und hatten uns das Ferienhaus von Valentina gemietet. Valentina war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir konnten sogar schon eine Stunde früher einchecken. Kleine Mängel (ein kurzer Stromausfall in der oberen Wohnung) wurden sofort behoben. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine (oder mehr) Woche Urlaub braucht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Gardasee war einfach traumhaft. Es gibt/gab nichts zu beanstanden und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Iris und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Die Online-Beschreibung des Objektes entspricht der Wirklichkeit. Wir waren schon gegen Mittag in Portese und konnten nach Rücksprache mit der Vermieterin direkt die Villa beziehen. In dem großen Haus mit perfekter Lage haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir danken für den tollen Aufenthalt.
