Preis-/Leistung ungenügend!
Unterkunft ist abgerockt, alt und renovierungsbedürftig. Bilder täuschen einen besser Allgemeinzustand vor. Viel zu teuer für die Ausstattung! Pool ist Ok und Vermieterin total nett. Das Haus würden wir aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Vielseitiges Haus
Insgesamt lohnende Lokalität. Ich war dort mit (erwachsenen) Kindern, kleinen Kindern und einem Hund; für alle gab es genügend Platz und Spiel- und Enspannungsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr individuell angelegt. Die Küche ist gut bestückt; auch die Möglichkeit zu grillen haben wir genutzt.Am Pool hatten alle Spaß; er wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Gartenmöbel hatten kleine Defekte, der Balkon etwas schmuddelig. Die Lage ist gut mit Blick auf den Gardasee.

Prachtig uitzicht maar verder matig
Het uitzicht is prachtig! Zwembad was echt niet schoon, groen zelfs de hele week. Poolman kwam niet controleren of het schoon was na een dag (geen stofzuiger). Bedden aan de harde kant. Weinig water uit de douchekraan. Gaspitten hadden te weinig power dus koken voor 10 personen een uitdaging. Te weinig glaswerk (geen grote limonade glazen of glazen om een lekkere gin tonic of Aperol Spritz te maken). Slecht (terras) meubilair (zonnebedden zeer verouderd en defect), stoelen niet comfortabel,

Ostern 2022
Netter Empfang durch den Verwalter, Haus und Zimmer sind nicht modernisiert aber in gutem Zustand. Bei zwei Matratzen besteht Handlungsbedarf die sind leider durchgelegen. Das Haus ist mit Pool, leider war dieser noch nicht enstzfähig wie es der Fall bei den Häusern in der Nachbarschaft war. Der Ort und Bäcker sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Restaurant "Pizzeria Villa Al Sole" ist besonders zu erwähnen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf alle Fälle.

San Felice / Ferienhaus
Lage und Größe des Hauses sind sehr gut. Dies gilt auch für den Pool. Allerdings ist die Inneneinrichtung ziemlich abgenutzt, so dass der Preis insgesamt überhöht erscheint. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Verwalterin.

Viel Platz und schönes ruhiges Anwesen
Groß und geräumig. Alles sehr sauber. Pool toll und viel Platz im Garten. Betreuung vor Ort hat super geklappt und war sehr nett. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
