Scam. Could not get a hold of no one to check in (the mangers number was disconnected) lost several hours of my time trying find a contact and had to ultimately book another room at the last minute. Working on getting a FULL refund.

Quick overnight
The room itself was fine. Clean and cozy. The block it’s on felt a little unsafe. keep in mind, I’m from Chicago, so nothing really gets to me, but I arrived late at night and it definitely did not feel safe. The morning was better.

just what we needed..
My partner and I saw a show at the Balboa Theatre, which is 11 blocks walking distance. Not too bad of a walk but the hardest thing to find is PARKING! THERE IS NO PARKING IF YOU STAY HERE. AND, IF YOU PARK IN A METERED PARKING THAT ONLY LETS YOU PARK FOR 2 HOURS... YOU ARE SCREWED IF YOU DON'T WAKE YOUR ASS UP AT 745 AND GET OUT TO PUT MONEY IN THE METER. The place was just perfect for 2 people. Someone chain smokes in another apartment, but the actual apartment doesn't smell like smoke. WHATEVER YOU DO, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PIC OF YOUR LICENSE PLATE SO YOU CAN UPLOAD AN APP TO PAY FOR YOUR METERED PARKING.
