Very nice well equipped property. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient location to many area attractions such as Gas Lamp, Sea World, Little Italy, Sea Port Villages. Host wes extremely accessible and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great location in San Diego
Came for my daughter’s graduation from USD and it was so neat to be able to see the college from the back yard. House was perfect for our time there. My son got a little too excited and went looking through some things he shouldn’t have and we felt terrible but worked through it with Julie. House is nicely stocked.

The house is very centrally located, easy to get to freeways. It’s nuzzled in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need and then some cook. Beautiful house. The hostess is very accommodating. Only recommendation, if you plan to have friends over to visit, let the hostess know in advance.

Great San Diego Weekend
The property is exactly what my family needed for the weekend. We were only in San Diego for a couple of days at the end of a southern California vacation. The property was so close to everything we wanted to see. We were able to visit Sunset Cliffs, La Jolla shore, the Cabrillo National Monument, and the San Diego Zoo. Everything was just a short drive away. The house was such a nice place to relax. The backyard offered a relaxing spot to enjoy nature and unwind. The ping pong table was a lot of fun for the kids too. The host thought of everything and had clear instructions laid out for things throughout the house. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed this home very much. It met all our needs, was close to the baseball venue we attended for a weekend series and the neighborhood is very pleasant and nice to walk. Comfortable beds, and great communication with the host…I highly recommend!

Quiet Oasis
We are returning guests! We absolutely love this quiet oasis that is just minutes from all that San Diego has to offer. House is clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked (best of any VRBO that we’ve stayed in). Backyard is beautiful and peaceful with the sound of birds. Bathrooms are updated and well stocked. You can walk out front door for a nice stroll in the neighborhood and hiking trails. 5 minutes from Mission Beach, restaurants and other shopping. Host is amazing and quickly responds to any questions. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay
Loved the house. It was clean, smelled like fresh wood and it was very comfortable (mattresses were excellent). My kids loved the ping pong table and the yard was lovely. It was nestled in a verdant valley and we enjoyed hours of bird-watching in the mornings.

Great stay for families with kids
We visited SD Easter weekend to see family and celebrate our son’s birthday. The location was easy, 5-6 min off the freeway near sea world. The neighborhood was cute, quiet, and full of families with kids. The backyard was awesome and had a great view of USD. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 5. King bed, queen bed and a full size bed. There was an extra room dedicated as an office space that had games, and extra stuff for toddlers (pack n play, umbrella stroller etc). Check in and out was a breeze. The host was excellent at communicating and addressing any concerns. There were a few hiccups during our stay. Julie was on top of it and very accommodating on helping make our stay as comfortable s possible. Overall great stay. We would stay again next time we are in town!

Absolutely perfect!
The location of this property cannot be beat. Other than our day trip to the flower fields in Carlsbad, we never drove more than 10 to 15 minutes to get to anything we needed or wanted to see. The house is fantastically appointed. Beds are very comfortable linens are nice towels are good and the kitchen has just about everything you could possibly need, down to paper towels and napkins Ziploc bags cling wrap. Made our lives easier to not have to go pick up all of that little stuff that ends up being useful. Property owner is wonderfully helpful and very kind. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful VRBO. Julie was such a great host. She was always so nice and accommodating. Her home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was convenient. Our little puppy loved the fenced backyard to romp around. What a view too. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the patio. It was a very quiet neighborhood. This home is perfect for a couple (with or without a dog) or a family. Thanks Julie for sharing your home with us!

Bay Park beauty
We really enjoyed staying in this lovely house. We appreciated the nice yard and neighborhood. The house was well furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen ware to handle whatever we wanted to cook. We especially liked how close we were to everything San Diego, including to beaches, attractions and the walking trails in Tecolote Canyon.

Wonderful Home
We had a wonderful stay here. This really feels like a home- everything you could want or need is provided in a lovely and appealing way. The beds were so comfortable, there was ample storage, fabulous kitchen supplies, and our kids loved the ping pong table. My favorite part, though, was the gorgeous patio and garden- it was so serene and impeccably cared for. The location is great for getting to most San Diego sites and the neighborhood is quiet and calm. We would be glad to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Visiting for my sons wedding this was the perfect place for us to rest. Location is perfect, close enough to everything in San Diego without getting caught up in traffic and noise. The owner was very accommodating and communicated promptly. We came to San Diego for a quick family getaway and to enjoy the beach. The house was clean, spacious and beautiful. It had everything you needed.
