We were very pleased with this condo. It was recently remodeled, very modern look and decor. It was very clean and had all the amenities you need. It was in a great location. Perfect view of the ocean and boardwalk. We would stay here again.

Lovely property
As other reviewers have stated, this condo is very clean and comfortable. The photos are accurate. The location is close to restaurants and Ralph’s Supermarket is only one block away. We enjoyed our stay here immensely!

Beautiful and clean
The unit is very clean and updated. The area is safe and the view of the ocean and pier are wonderful. There are great restaurants nearby and access to highway and city is easy.

Great place to stay and relax!
This condo was a perfect place to spend time with friends for Thanksgiving. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has nice amenities to cook and relax. The location is amazing with fabulous view of the beach and sunsets. Close to everything you need. Highly recommend this terrific property. We will be back!

Right on the Beach
This property is conveniently located right on the water, and near to restaurants, bars and shopping. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed Southern California completely! The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful- and the maintenance guy was great too. The beds are comfy and the furniture was very nice. No bugs, no pests- clean!

Location can't be beat!
We love the location of the See the Sea Condominiums! This unit was modern, clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were top notch! I definitely stay here again! My only "complaint" is that this is the only unit I've stayed in at that complex (we've stayed at 4 others) that didn't have things like games, boogie boards, etc available to use during our stay. Regardless though, it was a great trip and lovely condo.

Beautiful condo
The condo was beautifully updated, clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the beach and so close to many restaurants and shops. We were able to walk everywhere but the underground garage space was also really nice to have. I would highly recommend.

Great getaway
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, secure, and VERY clean! Many places nearby to explore. Washer and dryer were on the floor by the elevator. We did have to get quarters in order to use. So plan to bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry :)

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the location and easy access to everything. Loved being on the top floor away from the busy boardwalk and having such a beautiful view of the pier and waves. The unit was beautifully updated. Two recommendations…the master bath door needs to be fixed because it was hard to open and if there was a way to put a blind over the window to block light it would be better for sleeping. Otherwise our stay was perfect! Thank you so much!!!

The condo was pleasantly decorated and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The only thing we would have like is a chair (or somewhere to rent one) to take down to beach. We are older and it's harder to get up off the ground.

Perfect West Coast Vacation
This unit is beautiful. You can tell how much care and attention the owners have given it to make sure it stands out. The furniture was well laid out for talking or watching TV and was very comfortable for relaxing. The beds were like sleeping on clouds! Everything we needed was there. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants or to people watch. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area.

Loved the location and the view. The description of the property stated a washer and dryer. Nowhere did I notice a statement saying it was a public laundry on the 4th floor rather than in the condo at a minimum cost of $2.25 to wash and dry. If I missed the statement, my apologies.

Gorgeous Condo + ocean views!
Fantastic property! Extremely clean, very very comfy beds, loved the zero gravity recliner, and the regular couch with reclining chairs was very comfy as well... Such a warm and welcoming place! Perfect location to get to the beach as well as downtown, sea world, the zoo, anywhere really. We frequently stay in the Pacific Beach area and this by far was one of the best locations. It was great to have our vehicle parked in a locked garage, the parking spot was directly in front of the elevator, the views from the condo were perfect, all 4 of us were able to sit on the little deck and watch the sunset over Crystal Pier. The host was extremely responsive and very easy to work with, always replied to texts almost immediately! Definitely would stay again, and highly recommend, but now I'm afraid everyone will find out how awesome this place is and it'll never be available haha!

Perfect Location for a Beach Vacation
Great, top floor location directly overlooking the ocean walk and, of course, the beach and ocean. Easily walkable to many bars, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Parking could not be more convenient. Easy 10-mile, 20-minute drive to the major SD attractions. Getting into the condo and parking garage the first time is a little bit of a treasure hunt, but the directions are accurate. By day 2, getting in and out is a non-event. There is elevator access to the 4th floor at both ends of the building. The elevators are a little dated (carpet on ceiling needs updating!) but there were not a lot of users so wait times were minimal. The condo is well organized with comfortable furniture and is super clean. There is lots of storage space. It includes two small patios that are perfectly positioned to watch the sun set. The kitchen is fully equipped including a new Keurig (I only mention that because it doesn’t show up in the listing). If there were any neighbors, they were quiet. Operating the TV requires 3 remotes and an advanced degree, but I was up for the challenge! We enjoyed our stay. I would rent this place again.
