Coming from someone who loves the finer hotels but can't always afford them, I appreciate the "medium rated" hotels and am always impressed when they're nice. This room was clean but IT HAD BEDBUGS! So disgusting! I was on a family vacation and my parent stayed in one of the bedrooms at this place. My dad was completely bitten up. We woke up at 2am. We evacuated that bedroom, slept on the kitchen chairs, couch cushions on the ground, and myself at 8 months pregnant, had to go sleep in my car. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. What's even better is this "hotel" has no contacts to reach besides your host. We requested a refund and left the room entirely the next day. Let's just say it was a living hell dealing with my host, the hotel and Expedia. Just don't stay here. Save yourself the headache. Pay the extra $100/night for a room somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE

Beds were comfortable but hide a bed was uncomfortable, was like a box spring. Not enough blankets or linens provided. Apartment was clean but outdated. Close to busy road and traffic. Would be alright for a smaller group. Ask for more towels.

Very noisy.
We did not get a lot of sleep as the neighborhood was extremely noisy. Not enough towels. You can buy a laundry card for $5 but then need to put more $ on card to actually do laundry. Door very thin with inadequate locks.

This is not a hotel- it's an apartment in a sketchy apartment complex. We discovered bed bugs crawling in the bed and the staff was far from helpful and didn't render any help until I threatened to report them.

This is a two bedroom apartment you have to call and arrange time to get key, sign paperwork and get parking space. The staff was right on time very friendly. Answered our emails promptly. Pool and spa were closed when we were there, the tennis court had cracks and no center strap on net but playable. it was a convenient location for us. We ended up needing to stay an extra night and we're glad the room was avsilable and they were very friendly and accommodating. Our car had broke down and in the shop (they didn't know that) so we would have been in a bind otherwise. Room clean. Could use a larger tv it is pretty small. they do need a stopper for the tub and a raised shower head for tall people like my 6'3" husband. Those were our only cons everything else was great for us.

Nice apartment.
This was a apartment rented out as hotel. . It was quite but the traffic noise was terrible. The beds were hard but the bedrooms were nice. Came with everything you needed. A good alternative too hotels. Most apartments were people who lived there. Had no problems.

We had everything we needed just like if we were at home. We had a full kitchen with enough cooking utensils and a full size fridge to make our stay more comfortable. The place was nice and quiet. We had everything we needed and everything we wanted to do within minutes.

Don't come here 1: There is a 7 day cancellation policy. I wonder who still does that (other than those non-refundable option but that way you get much better price) 2. There is no 24-hour front desk. If you need to check in late, there is no one to help you on-site. You need to pre-arrange with them 3. There is a $55 cleaning fee. This also mean that no one will come clean you room and pick up the trash everyday. If you live here for several days, you need to throw away your own trash. 4. There is a $12/day parking fee, unbelievable 5. This hotel is actually a complex. There are like 30-40 buildings each has a difference address. We arrived late and we couldn't even find the building because the address number on the building don't have a light next to it. You will need to get off the car to walk close enough to see it. The number only shows up in one or two places that I had to go around the building (pretty big) to look for it. They really should provide a map like other hotels. 6. Room condition is real old. I don't know how they claim to be a 3.5 star. I have been to 2 stars, most are in better condition than this one. 7. Both TV don't work. One is due to the electrical outlet and other just don't work. 8. while checking out and turning in the key, the lady told me you have to turn in the key to the person who rented out to you and have him inspect the room before you can go. The person who rented me the room is named Matthew. I called him and no answer.

i was first very impressed by the nice looks of the apartment and location and as soon as we laid down on the beds, my family and i started experiencing very itchy bites all over, i was livid! it was 3am and we realized the apartment was infested with bed bugs!!! it was so gross. the manager didnt believe me, he woulnt even help by finding new acommodations or a refund. And despite the photos of bites on my family i sent the manager, they still refused to refund or help me at all. i finally found those nasty things and called a representative, he finally believed me but at this point I just coulnt wait to get out of there, they wasted my time, interrupted my plans and ended up spending more money in a last minute hotel where to stay. Be careful if you stay here. DO NOT RECOMEND IT!

Simple 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment
This was a clean, comfortable place to stay. It is in an older apartment complex. This unit (102) was very private located next to the office. The airport is nearby and the planes are loud if your windows/doors are open but it was hot and the a/c drowned out any other noise. We could see the Sea World fireworks from our large enclosed porch. There were no adjoining units to this one so the kids could make all the noise they wanted :) The area is busy with fast food and other restaurants, grocery, pharmacy and various shops all within short walking distance. We felt completely safe walking around during the day. All the basics are provided, just like a hotel but with much more space and full kitchen, similar to an Extended Stay or Homewood Suites.

Were greeted and giving a mini tour of the room. Kobe was super nice and welcoming. But room was just not what expected. Way too many mosquitos coming out of hiding. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable had to use the sofa cushions to put over. Tv was not working, wasn't too big of a deal because we were hardly in the room. The apartment complex was definitely a college/frat house. First night getting back into the room at night and 10 drunk guys walk past us as we are tying to get into the room just yelling. Same thing the next time, heard loud music, yelling, and drunk girls yelling out for ubers. I guess if you don't mind that it can be an ok place to stay.

Great location for touring
The room was extremely clean since it had been totally redone with new furniture and floor coverings. We were the first ones to stay in the new apartment. This was also a challenge because the internet and cable had not been set up yet. We were without those services until late the second day. We never got the welcome book or any instructions for the apartment amenities or checking out.

I was a bit upset during my stay at the sunshine suites at midway. In the email or even when i booked the room directlty on hotel.com it did not say that they would charge me additional For parking and other charges because the cost on the email it said it was around $443. And when i paid at the hotel it came out to around $500 + so i had to pay additonal 70-80 dollars. I would of liked it if they told me ahead of time. Plus the pull out couch was broken too. Everytime we sat or slept on it, it kept slattig down it was not comfortable. It was not worth the amount i had to pay. I really hope there could be some money refunded to me because information was left out, i had to pay additonal money plus the pull out couch was broken.
