Meet the beachy getaway of your dreams! This beautiful home in South Mission Beach boasts an excellent location between the beach and the bay - you'll be just a breezy walk from the excitement of the Mission Beach boardwalk area.

This house occupies the second and third levels of its building, meaning you can expect elevated views of stunning California sunsets and the charming neighborhood. Highlights include air conditioning, free WiFi and satellite cable, and auxiliary hook-ups throughout the property.

Journey to the upper level to be greeted by an elegantly designed living area with a strikingly modern kitchen, a living room, and wide glass doors that lead out to the spacious deck. The living area offers a plush sectional, a tiled electric fireplace, and a mounted flatscreen TV. The gorgeous kitchen comes with top-notch appliances and a wide breakfast bar with ample seating. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a dining nook with additional seating. The outdoor deck is a lovely place to enjoy a coffee at sunrise or indulge in a cocktail in the ocean breeze. It comes equipped with a grill - great for lunches while taking a break from the beach.

Head down to the second level and you’ll find the bedrooms conveniently all on one floor. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a private terrace, and its own luxury bathroom featuring a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a spa-like bathtub. For additional guests, the primary bedroom's walk-in closet is its own little bedroom with a full-size bed. The second bedroom offers a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed; they share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

This property is located at the corner of Mission Boulevard and Devon Court, a quiet street in South Mission Beach. You'll be just a few yards from the famous San Diego boardwalk that runs along the Pacific Ocean. Step out on to the beach where you can surf, swim, boogie board, sunbathe, or take romantic walks along the shore. Walk to nearby Belmont Park, which touts a variety of rides and the Big Dipper Roller Coaster. You'll be close to several rental companies for bikes, boogie boards, jet skis, and sport fishing, and a few minutes' drive from SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
