This charming, beachy, spacious, loft provides great views of Mission Bay & the surrounding area which includes fireworks shows (select weekends and summer) from the 500 sq ft deck. The deck is great space to BBQ, relax, soak in some rays, and enjoy the sunsets. Centrally located, minutes from SeaWorld, Downtown, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Old Town, La Jolla, local beaches, the SD Zoo & more! Easy access to outdoor activities such as running, surfing, biking, boating, water-skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing & more.
SeaWorld - Less than a five minute drive!!
San Diego Zoo - Only 7 miles
Balboa Park - Only 7 miles
Temecula Wine County - One hour drive north

NOTE as of Sept 2022:
Please note that there are some on and off construction projects in the neighborhood. The hours for workers are typical daytime working hours and any noises are not disruptive. Also, it's quiet at night and will not impact sleeping.. We haven't had and problems or complaints but it's something we feel we should mention.

Quiet, Nice Place
We enjoyed our three day stay here. The hosts were accommodating. They allowed us to check in a little early last minute. The location is great. The bed and furnishings are comfortable and in great condition. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. Anything you need to cook and eat with is there. The little shed has a variety of things you might need for the beach and water. We would return here. There's a great view from the deck.

Home away from home in Paradise
If you are looking for really cozy clean furnishings with a beachy feel LOOK NO FURTHER!!! We have now found our new best home away from home when in San Diego. Comfy bed, best waterfall shower and all the amenities of home. Thank you Stacey and Matt [and DUDE too] for making our stay memorable and comfortable. Will definitely be back. Great place!
My 18 year old granddaughter and I stayed at the house and thoroughly enjoyed it. I was a little nervous about being in a strange area. We felt very safe and the house was terrific! Nice view of the bay, very clean and comfortable. The bed was heavenly!

Comfortable, clean, excellent location.
Excellent location, off street parking, quiet, newer appliances, and furniture, comfortable bed, upgraded bathroom, large TV on the wall in living room, excellent communication with owner, and the heater inside works well. There is a large deck with chairs, dining table and grill. We did not use it because of the weather. It was mostly overcast, rainy and cooler while we were there in January. It is a loft with many steps and if you have heavy luggage, it might be a challenge bringing it up and down the stairs. You might want to bring extra coffee, and Kleenex. There is an excellent grocery nearby called Sprouts Farmers market, it has just about everything at reasonable prices, including ready-made food.

Relaxing loft with a view
The loft is much larger than the pictures can relate. The deck is the perfect place for your morning coffee or sunset beverage. We used the kitchen and cooked meals during our stay and found everything we needed. The hosts are so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. And we can’t forget Dude! Their dog loves guests and likes to play if you’re a dog person. If you’re not though he’ll leave you alone. We definitely plan to stay there again.

Very spacious loft! Loved it!
I loved the deck where we could chill out in the evening! Inside the loft was very nice and clean. I liked the walk-in closet because there was plenty of room where we could put our clothes. Everything was in good condition and the bed was very comfortable! Plus I loved the shower it was really nice! We really enjoyed staying here.

Amazing Stay
We loved everything about this loft! It was in a great location, had all the comforts of home and close to all San Diego has to offer. We walked every morning at Mission Beach and spent the rest of our days exploring. We enjoyed a couple of the local restaurants. within walking distance of the loft, that were recommended by Stacey and Matt. The view from the deck was gorgeous and of course a special shout out to Dude, he is super friendly and we had some fun playing catch. Beautiful San Diego loft
The loft was beautiful and easy to find, with straightforward easy check in instructions. It was exactly as pictured with a lovely view out to Mission Bay from the deck. There was plenty of room for myself and my husband, the walk in closet was great for extra storage space to keep our suitcases out of the way, and the owner Stacey was easy to get ahold of. I really appreciated that she gave instructions on where to park, saved us a lot of hassle! I would happily stay at Stacey’s bungalow again on another visit to San Diego, we found ourselves wishing we had gotten to stay more than 2 nights!

Nice quiet get away
The location was great. We enjoyed the bikes and sunset on the deck. The parking was in an alley and tight. There was no washer/dryer or dishwasher. The loft was clean and very quiet.

This is a cute, beachy loft that offers tons of space and options for comfort. It was easy to get in and out, plus the area puts you close to nearly everything in San Diego within 15 minutes. Did notice the dogs next door were barking and active early in the morning which was a bit disruptive. Beyond that this is a great spot for a quick getaway!

My husband and I finally took the trip to San Diego that we'd been planning on for years. After reading other reviews we thought this VRBO looked like a comfortable place and fairly centrally located. The other reviews are correct; it's not too far from anything that we wanted to visit. We walked several times to Old Town and took a Lyft to further locations. The loft was very clean, comfortable bed, wonderful rainhead shower, and even included welcome wine. Though we did not cook, we certainly could have. The hosts were friendly and communicative, though we did not encounter any issues other than cutting our trip short by one night to avoid the impending tropical storm! I told my husband that if I own a VRBO unit this is how I would do it. We will stay again on a return trip.

Loved the location of this Bungalow, it was so convenient for all we wanted to do. The fireworks at night from the Bungalow were a bonus! Very well stocked in the kitchen with a lovely grill and nice deck chairs outside. Perfect for the 2 of us, but would also work well with a family. Great hosts!
