We hope you enjoy an exceptional stay with us in quaint Mission Hills.
This is the perfect location to explore all that San Diego has to offer.
We offer elite comfort for up to 4 guests with A/C and heating, exceptionally comfortable beds, quality linens, plenty of sheets and towels, Smart TV; FREE laundry, FREE coffee, FREE bottled waters, and snacks upon arrival. Guest toiletries, hair dryer, Makeup mirror and spa robes also provided. This beautiful rental has everything you need for a memorable stay in San Diego !

The Space:
This 1 bedroom apartment is quite large, boasting 1000 square feet of living space. The upscale, 1/4 acre gated property has extensive landscaping with many retreat spaces to drink your coffee, take in the views and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Guest have access to the private, stainless steel hot tub spa that is located on the upper patio; with amazing views of the San Diego Harbor. Guests also enjoy the gas firepit area located on the lower level of the property; just steps from the apartment entrance. A Viking gas grill is available for grilling should guests wish to barbeque during their stay.

The living room / bedroom space has a queen size bed and an additional daybed that can be used as two twin beds or made into a king bed. Plenty of high quality pillows and linens are provided for your stay. The kitchen has all baking and cooking essentials; a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, traditional drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator / freezer, blender, kitchen aid mixer and all the essential kitchenware you could need: plates, bowls, glassware, utensils and so much more. FREE coffee and tea, bottled water, creamer, and snacks are provided as well.

Exercise equipment, ping pong table, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, all provided for your stay.

Parking:
We offer FREE parking right next to your entrance and there is FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well. A remote control to access the gated driveway is provided for use during your stay.

This is a lovely property. It's beautifully maintained, clean and comfortable with a nice view. The owners were friendly and clearly made an effort to ensure our comfort. It's a perfect size for two adults and easily sleeps 4. We felt very safe and secure thanks to the gates and on site parking. It's very quiet at night, and we slept well. Highly recommend!

Fabulous place, great location, awesome hosts!
Despite the weather being uncooperative during our visit, we loved every aspect of this guest apartment on a beautiful street. Location was minutes to the airport, downtown San Diego and local attractions. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs. Can't wait to visit again when the sun is shining so we can enjoy the peaceful yard.

Sister get-away
My sister and I were so pleased with the Vrbo. We enjoyed the cozy accommodations. It was just the perfect place to relax and we especially enjoyed how close and accessible to attractions we were. Our host was friendly and helpful. The view is fabulous overlooking the water. When returning to San Diego we most definitely will plan to come back!

Amazing stay with the kindest hosts. The actual property is stunning with all the amenities you could ask for and the hosts are the kindest individuals. Wonderful gem near downtown
We had a really awesome stay. The unit was perfect for our family of 3, nice space area for tall fo us. We enjoyed the outdoor area(fire pit/spa) and patio. It’s located at 8 minutes of all downtown popular attraction. Bill and Tiffany were great host and helpful. I recommend it if you need a great place to stay near downtown.
