Located in sunny San Diego (Bay Ho/Clairemont Neighborhood), central to most of San Diego attractions and just minutes from the 52-interstate, I-5 and I-15 Highway's which are the main freeway's to most San Diego attractions.

This is a private home and is never shared with other guests.

Parking on the property is included plus ample street parking if needed.

Keypad entry for self check-in. Guests will be notified prior to arrival with entry instructions & house manual.

A flood light with security camera is installed above the garage with a view of the driveway and parking spaces.

Perfect for Families!
This is a perfect rental for families or 3 couples. Our son is stationed at Miramar, so he stayed in the home with us and We hosted Thanksgiving Dinner with his girlfriend’s family, who was visiting from the east coast at this home. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and baking and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. There was plenty of seating in the living room as well. Location of property is great for getting to all areas of San Diego. Definitely will book this property again!

Beyond Amazing!!!
Amazing! That’s the word I can describe my experience on the past few days at this house. Starting by Alex, he’s a very welcoming host. He also promptly answers all requests and he’s very helpful. The house is amazing. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Central location, comfortable bedrooms, complete kitchen, big living-room, nice backyard and much more. I definitely recommend staying here. Honestly, it was better than me and my family expected. Thank you Alex!

Nice but dated
The house is in a nice residential area but you will need a car to get to restaurants or stores. It is convenient to La Jolla where there are many nice restaurants. The house is very roomy and there is parking for at least 2 cars. Alex and Sara were very responsive and check in was very easy with the keyless entry. The biggest negative is the beds are not comfortable, new mattresses would be a major improvement. Also, the internet connection was iffy. Sometimes it was fine and other times it was very slow. Finally, while there are enough plates, glasses and cups, they are a real mismatched group.

Fantastic Find!!
First I'd like to address the attentiveness from Alex ~ he. was. amazing!!!!! If I had a question or a concern, I emailed him and within minutes, he reached out with answers. My husband and I, and our one son's girlfriend went to San Diego to see said son who had just returned from deployment and our oldest son who came from Washington with his girlfriend! The house fit all of us comfortably with each couple having their own bedroom. It was spacious, we loved the open concept and loved the backyard for morning coffee :-) I have to say that the neighbor Carl was also very hospitable. I made lasagna one night and had no aluminum foil, so I went to the his house, explained my dilemma and he handed me an entire roll to use what I needed. Needless to say, Carl ate lasagna that night :-D It was a quiet and welcoming neighborhood and we felt very safe and secure in the house. Thank you Alex for an amazing stay!! If ever we find ourselves in SD again, we'll be reaching out to you again!

Quiet location with good access to La Jolla
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. We didn't even really hear any cars drive by. Every area has individual AC units for cooling, but usually it cooled down at night anyway. It is really great access to La Jolla, normally took us 10 minutes to get there. That was a major plus to be that close to La Jolla but not have to pay the La Jolla price. The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were all clean, the main floor didn't look like it gotten cleaned, but other than that it was fine. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the BBQ was out of fuel, we mentioned it on the first night and after 3 nights they still hadn't refilled it. The BBQ brush was also melted down so there's no more bristles, just plastic. It wasn't a huge deal as we were only going to BBQ 1 night, but I usually expect the BBQ to be in working order. Overall if we were going to concentrate on La Jolla, we'd stay here again. It's really not that far to Downtown either.

My family and I traveled to San Diego to visit my brother whom is stationed there. This was the PERFECT place! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with the perfect location. The commute to do everything we wanted was great! The home was big and spacious! (More space than the pictures show). We will definitely try to book the same place again when we go to visit my brother again! The owner of the home was very attentive, the instructions to get in and about the home we’re very detailed. We will be back again 😊

Nice location easy access to beaches in all area activities. The house is nice and roomy, has a garage and a nice large driveway to park. We enjoyed the place and wish we could stay longer all of us enjoyed it and would like to go back there again sometime.

Great Experience.
The perfect house for friends or family get togethers. Plenty of parking and a great kitchen. The owners were both very attentive. I'd recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego and are looking for a kicked back neighborhood.

Great house
This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to spread out, eat, sleep and be outside. Kitchen has what you need to cook your own meals. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with people out walking. Beach chairs and boogie boards in garage were great for our trips to the beach. I'd highly recommend this place for you stay in San Diego.
