This beautifully decorated and immaculately clean vacation home is located at one of the best locations in Ocean Beach. You're only steps from feeling the beach sand between your toes (less than a 2 minute walk!). Ocean Beach has everything a vacation should have -- surf, sand, biking, walking, relaxing. Pure fun and enjoyment. Take long romantic walks along the shore. Stroll to one of the many neighborhood restaurants and bars. Stay in and enjoy the wall mounted 55' flat screen TV in living room and bed room or secure, high-speed WiFi internet. Create your own dine-in experience with the modern, fully equipped chef's kitchen. And after a day of exploring San Diego relax under a warm rain shower. Nighttime awaits with high thread count sheets and a top of the line pillow top mattress. We hope this will be one of the best vacations you ever had.

Property boasts an upgraded dream kitchen with Bosch gas range and microwave, Samsung french door refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy air conditioned comfort on those warm beach days. Laundry includes high-efficiency stack washer/dryer. Beautiful Italian porcelain tile installed throughout. We wanted everything perfect for our guests.

A member of our family has severe allergies to pet dander. For their health safety I cannot accept dogs or cats. Please inform me if you have a service animal and I will be glad to help you find other suitable accommodations in the same area. It is an undue hardship for me to have to perform restorative cleaning to eliminate pet dander in the townhouse/garage. Please - no pets allowed.

Amazing stay!!
This property was amazing! It was in the perfect location walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants. The place was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen has all appliances and items you will need for your stay. My husband, toddler and I all stayed and it was enough space for the three of us. Host is super responsive. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Not sure if there’s a better place in OB!! Connie was fantastic, communication was great!! Check in seamless, location fantastic if your looking to spend time at the beach especially since you have a dedicated parking spot!! The place was spotless and had everything you need!! Great weekend getaway
Nice cozy place a stones throw away from the beach. The location of the property was perfect! A quick walk to the downtown area that had plenty of restaurants and bars. The vibe of the area is really relaxing. Would like to stay during the summer the next time to enjoy the beach more.

Perfect spot for ocean beach!
This place was wonderful. Was very clean when we checked in and instructions for the home were clearly put out. The location was wonderful and the parking spot was so nice since street parking is hard to come by. It was so nice that the beach gear was included. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Ocean Beach Perfection
We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this one is top notch. You simply cannot beat the location if you want to be near the beach. Location, location, location! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need and the parking space is wonderful! From booking to getting the checkin info was very easy. Great little get away! Will stay here agin if we make it back to San Diego

We really enjoyed our stay here - check in/out was very easy, the place was clean, and we didn't have to fight for parking! I loved that we could walk to the beach, and that restaurants, etc. were also an easy walk away. The only thing I wish had been different has nothing to do with how things were run - it would have been great if there was an outdoor seating area/patio.
