A Perfect Weekend!
This was a wonderful stay with enough room for everyone, walkability to the beach and great food and coffee, and cozy spots to curl up and watch football and movies. We had a wonderful time and felt so happy to stay in such a beautiful, clean, and safe home.

Great multi-family rental
This was a great house for our multiple family group. We each had our own space but could all be together on the 2nd floor. The location is great, we could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was well maintained and was stocked with everything we needed.

Great week at the beach
Had the family in town for the week. Grandparents and kids spent multiple days walking to the beach and playing the sand. Belmont park was a blast and just down the street. We could even see the Sea World fireworks from the master suite upstairs!! Thanks for the stay!

Amazing home in a great location
We stayed for four nights at the home. The property mgt company were excellent and very responsive. The home is located in a great area - lots of shops and bars. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach with easy access to other venues. The home was great and very clean. We loved having our own bathrooms!! It had everything we needed

Weekend getaway
Our family of four (two teenagers) really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Location was awesome, tons of space for everyone, and a very well stocked kitchen that had anything and everything we needed. The beds were some of the best we've slept in over the years of staying in many short term rental properties, we all slept great! Would highly recommend for friends and family trips, and we look forward to staying again. Thanks for a great place!

Spevacek Family Beach Vacation
The property was spotless and very well stocked with All needed items, beds were very comfortable and the 2 car garage was huge for storing our SUV's. The location to the beach and shopping was a short 2-3 block area. We would and will absolutely stay her again. Best place in Pacific Beach!
We just had the best experience staying at this property. It was a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach! The garage was huge and fit our sedan and truck comfortably. The property is in excellent condition and even nicer in person. We did not have any concerns or reason to contact the management company, but they reached out several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay! Excellent customer service! They have 2 wagons, beach chairs, and sand toys which made our day at the beach even better! They also have a basket of beach towels to use. We were traveling with our adult children and grand babies, so the bedrooms being on separate floors allowed each family to enjoy their own space at times while also being a part of everything. We will for sure stay here again! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Perfect San Diego Get-Away
We absolutely loved staying here! The accommodations worked perfectly for our family. The place was very clean, pleasant, and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were well stocked and we had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and private, with each one on a different level of the home. The garage that held two cars was very nice, where you could just leave your vehicle and walk to the beach. No need to drive and have the hassle of finding a place to park near the beach. We would love to stay here again if we ever had the opportunity to come to San Diego in the future.

Relaxing vacation
The condo was beautiful - in great condition. Three full bedrooms with comfy large beds and three full bathrooms. Fully stocked beautiful kitchen. Comfortable living room, open floor plan. Great location walking distance to beach and beach restaurants, Sprouts, Starbucks, 1/2 hour drive to city and Balboa Park. Only complaints were minor — noisy pipes would hear at night, showers took a while to warm up. Overall great stay!

Cali 50 Birthday Celebration
We celebrated my husbands 50th birthday with two other couples. Loved that we each had our own floor for our bedroom/bathroom. The house was clean and just like the pictures posted. We had everything we needed! The location was great and walking distance to stores, restaurants and bars. The blocks are long so good walking shoes would be best. Will stay here again on our next trip!!

Pacific Beach at its FINEST!!!
Great location within walking distance to the beach, Crystal Pier and area restaurants! Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with a legitimate two car garage. Very clean and nicely decorated with a beach theme. A huge plus… the house is air conditioned for those warm days in the summer. The kitchen is well stocked including necessary spices to prepare your meals. All the beach gear you will need… two beach wagons, 4 beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and two coolers. Also, a umbrella stroller if you have a little one! Excellent communication with the property management company. Immediate responses when you contact them with questions and needs regarding the property. Looking forward to our next stay in San Diego/Pacific Beach at this property!

Very well run!!! CLEAN!
We were very happy with our stay here! I am very picky about cleanliness and the place was very very clean! All bedding was crisp white so you knew it was clean. Bathroom towels also crisp white. It’s run by a professional company, and communication and preparedness on the hosts part was great! My husband, kids and my parents stayed there. My parents, who have stayed many places and traveled, were very pleased with the place as well. We easily walked every morning down to the pier and boardwalk and enjoyed 5 mile walks along the beach. Great breakfast places all over to enjoy after our walk. The place was well stocked with a few boogie boards, a wagon we used to cart stuff to the beach, sand toys, beach towels, some beach chairs and a few other extra things like that. Clothes washer and dryer worked great and was in the garage, which was perfect for coming in from the beach. After sand was shaken off outside, everything could go straight in the wash without lugging it through the house. We also fit 2 big cars in the garage which was nice bc parking near any beach can always get tight. With both cars in, there was still plenty of room in front of the cars where we stored our beach gear and a bike we brought. My dad said he enjoyed biking the area every morning. There were ceiling fans in every bedroom so there was plenty of airflow. We hate to be hot at night and that was not a problem. We stayed here at the end of July and the temp inside was nice. We really loved it all!

DawesOasis - FANTASTIC!
We booked this home for a long weekend with extended family. (8 total). Three bedrooms and three baths, each on a separate level of the house, provided plenty of privacy when desired. The common area of the house on the middle level featured a nice kitchen, well stocked with everything to prepare meals for a crowd, a large dining area, and a spacious living room with large screen tv and a nice assortment of family board games. There is also a smallish balcony, home to a very nice Weber gas grill. On the ground level is an outside private patio with a large table and overhead string lighting, as well as a spacious and very clean two car garage (very handy as street parking seemed never available). The house, located in a lovely, mostly quiet neighborhood, was absolutely spotlessly clean, plenty of bath towels for our crowd - even beach towels to use. Sleeping on the top level at night lent itself to some of the weekend party crowd from the many bars and restaurants closer to the beach, but not particularly loud or annoying. Property management was great - providing plenty of simple, accurate instructions about the house functions (entry locks, etc). This property is wonderful in every way and we have “saved” it for our next large family visit to San Diego/Pacific Beach, Loki g forward to our next visit!

Wonderful house!

Family retreat
Great home for two families with children! Perfect location within walking distance to the beach and all the sand toys and chairs were great. The bed upstairs appeared to be a queen but was super comfortable, the bedroom downstairs was a king but had a dip on the right side. All beds on the main floor were perfect. Kitchen came supplied with everything we needed. This home has a central AC but indicates that it should not be turned on lower than 72, making the stay slightly uncomfortable for the Alaska family.

Fantastic property - very good location close to the beach, restaurants, and attractions. Must go to try baked bear and crushed which are within walking distance. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home base
