- Located in highly coveted North Mission Beach, soaring above the most beautiful beach in the world, the Pacific Ocean and the boardwalk.
- A very short walk away is Mission Bay, the largest aquatic water park in the world.
- A pedestrian only boardwalk surrounds the beach and Mission Bay creating an easily accessible community with everything you need to have the the best possible experience.

Living Arrangements:
- Ground-level master suite with access to a large patio space.
- Large comfortable living room area on the 2nd floor.
- Bright, well-appointed kitchen connected to dining space on 2nd floor.
- 2nd floor balcony with gas BBQ just off the kitchen.
- Spacious 3rd floor loft that sleeps 4 with an additional full bathroom and 2 balconies.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- 1 bedroom with a king bed.
- 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds separated by privacy curtain in large bright loft.

Bathroom Arrangements:
- 1 full bathroom on 1st floor with shower.
- 1 half bathroom on the 1st floor with washer/dryer.
- 1 full bathroom on 3rd floor with combination tub+shower.

Kitchen Arrangements:
- The bright, well-appointed kitchen comes equipped with nearly every kind of cook/serve ware you can imagine
- If you love to cook and bake like we do, you'll find everything you need and plenty of counter space.

Parking Arrangements:
- 2-car garage connected to the 1st floor of the house.
- Dimensions: one car can be no more than 19ft long and the second car (west side) can be no more than 15ft long; the height clearance is 6ft 4in.

Additional Amenities:
- All bed linens are provided. All bath and beach towels are provided.
- Free in-unit washer/dryer for you to use.
- We provide all the little things too: paper products for bath and kitchen, bath and hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap, tin foil, and cleaning products.

- Beach toys, body boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, tennis racquets, and a surf board are provided for guest use.

Great Getaway!
The house was very comfortable. We LOVED the location! So close to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops as well as surf lessons. We plan on coming back!

Great location in Mission Beach
We had wonderful time here, I think it’s better in person! Check in was easy with great directions and details. I loved the views that looked over to the ocean and then across to the bay. Our family of five enjoyed the beach toys, boogie boards and bikes very much. I was so happy with everything and so happy I chose this house.

Overall great place to stay. Location is nice, right next to beach, plus the beach cruisers made for a great time. Inside was also really nice, beds were great. Kimberly was super nice and made us feel welcomed. She even gave suggestions for food and places to go. Amazing place, would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the house. It is wonderfully close to the ocean. The house was well stocked, especially the kitchen. The garage has lots of equipment to play with including bikes, surfboards, and other things to play on the beach with. We really enjoyed the bikes!! Lots of good places to bike ride. Overall it was a great spot!!

Location location location. This place was fantastic when it came to location 100 feet from the beach walking distance to restaurants coffee anything you wanted food in this area was fantastic. The home was clean needed a little updating but otherwise it was suited our needs. Everything was great, I give this place as A+

This was a great location steps away from the beach. Easy to get the kids and all the toys to the beach each day and bike ride along the boardwalk. The house has all the amenities that you will need. Thanks for the great stay!

Great family getaway location
This property was great for our family weekend away. Great location, steps away from Mission Beach. 3 levels allowed for spacing and privacy among family members. Dedicated garage is a big plus. The place had a nice beachy feel to it. We would stay here again.
