The house also offers 3 parking spots, with 2 interior garage spaces and 1 exterior space for a lage SUV which is a must-have amenity when vacationing at the beach. Friends and families will love the ability to pull up, park and conveniently gain access to the house and it’s wonderful amenities.

The first floor patio provides a perfect setting for entertaining and enjoying that famous San Diego weather with a beautiful 3-foot glass fire pit surrounded by mahogany bench seating, a built in bar and a built in gas BBQ. The exterior also affords a heated outdoor shower constructed of lovely stone and tile with dual nozzles that allow guests to wash the salt and sand off both their body and feet after a wonderful day at the beach. The first, second, and third floors boast fully operational all glass window walls that open to reveal stunning beach scenery and deliver complete passive air flow, bringing in that beautiful and refreshing cool ocean breeze. The house sleeps a total of 8-11 comfortably. There is a King bed in the master along with a twin in the master closet. (A child's hideaway.), a queen bed in the second and two double bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The 4th bedroom downstairs offers a queen futon and curtains for your privacy at night with an on-suite full bathroom. The spacious bathrooms each feature a 12' rain shower head and modern contemporary stone sinks and counter-tops. But, what makes this house so great is the luxurious penthouse master bedroom with its large tub and two impressive front and rear balconies. The luxury tub and bathroom design elicit a complete feeling of being outdoors with its wrap-around windows and above ceiling skylights. The two balconies also allow for panoramic views of the ocean and bay, which is something only a select few houses can offer in Mission Beach.
