New Private Guesthouse in San Diego

Unwind in this newly-built guesthouse and fenced, private yard. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and cookware, and dine or work comfortably at a bar-height table. Relax on a plush king bed with a new Sealy mattress. A spacious closet and dresser provide all the storage you need. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and convenient in-unit washer/dryer. Perfectly suited for one or two guests. Parking is available right in front. One small pet under 30 pounds is ok.

Located in Scripps Ranch, a woodsy neighborhood in north San Diego, the Guesthouse offers a serene escape from the city while still being conveniently close to downtown, tourist attractions, and beaches. (20 minutes from most everything) Scripps Ranch has many scenic hiking trails, and Miramar Lake is 5 minutes away.

The Guesthouse is attached to the hosts' house, but it functions completely separately. It shares 1 wall, which is extra-soundproofed from the main house.
