Got the job done for our weekend stay. Horrible area in SD. Their parking lot runs out of space, so you might need to park on the street in an unsafe environment. Staff is friendly though.

If I could make this motel, any lower, I would. It was stealthy, the parking was ridiculous, the security guard did not know much about anything, there was urine on the toilet seat, cigarette holes on the bed, no shampoo, it was disgusting in the bed was terribly uncomfortable.

That staff was amazing my wife and family stayed here while my mother was in the hospital although I stayed at the hospital my wife stayed here and the staff made her feel happy,safe and at home. Thank you. My only recommendation is to clean up the homeless around the building.

It’s a place to lay your head for the night. Nothing spectacular. Nothing horrible. DTSD has it’s own problems and this property does it’s best with handling them. Not a lot of homeless hanging around outside, which was nice. The additional charge for parking was kind of lame. I do have to compliment the extra hot shower water though :)

I didn’t give this property five stars because I was unaware that they only had queen bed single in every room on the property and parking unless you reserve it ahead of time is down the street under the bridge which sounds scarier than it is the staff was really nice and very accommodating when we changed our mind and got to a different hotel. The hotel is appropriate for this price. Remember the old saying you get what you pay for but if you’re just looking for the basics, this place is OK.
