We are only 7 minutes to the Gas Lamp and Down Town. As well as Shelter Island which is famous for its Marina's and live music venues.
Coronado with the famous Hotel Del is also close by.
Mission Beach is perfect for walking end to end, or ride a bird scooter or a rental bike. Parking can be tough but with patience you can easily find a spot on Mission Blvd.
Nestled on the 3rd floor of our building, the penthouse offers a serene and private retreat away from the bustling city. The building features 2 other units located on the 1st and 2nd floors, each designed for 2 guests, ensuring your privacy and tranquility during your stay.
We take pride in maintaining a peaceful environment and observe quiet hours from 10PM to 9AM, so you can enjoy a restful night's sleep. While we want you to have an unforgettable time, we kindly ask you to be mindful of the other guests and keep noise levels at a respectful level.
In other words, our home is not a party house, and any additional guests not on the reservation must be cleared with the host beforehand. We want to ensure that everyone has a wonderful and peaceful stay.
Additionally, we have a tandem garage that can fit most vehicles, but it's designed for two mid-sized cars. The garage dimensions are 7’w x 14’d x 6’8t, providing secure parking for your vehicles during your stay.
