Peaceful getaway in Point Loma
We were so comfortable in the suite it was hard to leave! The bed was incredibly cozy, the place was spotless, and the stocked coffee bar was a much appreciated touch. Nothing like that view while having your morning coffee! John is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect; a quick walk to the cliffs and a short drive to all that San Diego has to offer. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town!

Lovely home
Great location. Very clean. Loved that we could open the garage door and live indoor/outdoors. Would have loved to try the fire pit but didn’t have the opportunity. John was a very gracious host; before our stay I asked if the vrbo had a cookie sheet, he bought one and had it in the kitchen waiting. As he knew I was cooking part of a Thanksgiving dinner, he asked if I needed to borrow any other items. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

Anniversary Getaway
Property and experience was top notch. Easy check-in and communications topped of with a fully stocked condo with amazing views, finishes and personality. Views with a wow
To start, we will be back. We arrived late in the evening and with a short walk down the stairs, to the back of the main house, our stay started. The interior was clean and modern. With the morning sun rise, the views of the Pacific Ocean were breathtaking & picturesque. It was quiet, with friendly neighbors. We want to go back in order to open the overhead door and enjoy the weather.

Awesome Stay!
We could not have been more pleased with our four day stay. The location was excellent to get to the best that San Diego had to offer easily. Immense attention was paid to all the little details that made our stay feel like home. There were several little extras. The roll up garage door is an excellent feature. There was a clear view of the Pacific Ocean with nightly sunsets. There was even an outdoor fireplace. The hosts left many helpful recommendations for local eateries. The stay far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Paradise in Point Loma!
We spent the past two weeks at this VERY SPECIAL cabana. I could write paragraphs on how wonderful this place is but, to sum it up, every aspect of this place is sheer perfection - ocean views, ocean breezes wafting through the cabana, general location, furnishings, extra amenities, and the best hosts ever! Having used VRBO for nearly 20 years, I can honestly say that this was my best experience. The home itself is right out of Architectural Digest!! Many thanks to our hosts!!

Sweet Cabana Suite
As other reviews have said, I’ve used VRBO for many years. I always read reviews when making a decision on a property. This property warrants a 10+++!!! Our son and friends we’ve made over the years live nearby so it was very convenient and easy to entertain a couple times. My husband and I enjoyed everything about this suite. Meeting John and Mike was icing on the cake! They are delightful owners.

Great time in Sunset Cliffs
My wife and I had a 4 day stay for SDSU Parents Weekend and we thought this was the perfect place. Short drive to everything, nice walk down to the ocean, and the place was beautiful. We look forward to stay here again!

Great Location and House!
Super great location! We loved being super close to Point Loma, PB, and Mission Beach. 10 min walk to a beach cliff with a view. John was a great host and had anything we needed. Fire pit seating area in back was great and we could see the sunset from the home every night! Overall great stay!!

Owner thought of so many extra touches to make a short visit wonderful--(having beach towels, provided snacks to start us off---had suncreen and salt & pepper & more !! Beautiful Rental in San Diego
Upon arrival to the rental, my family and I thought the neighborhood was very nice. Once we got inside the rental we were pleasantly surprised how modern and clean the unit was. The view of the ocean was an added bonus. The pictures are exactly how the rental looks. The owner was very kind and communicative on every thing. He even picked fresh lemons from his garden which were fantastic and extremely juicy. We loved our stay in San Diego. Thank you so much John for your hospitality and opening up your beautiful home so we could enjoy our stay.

Great apartment in lovely neighborhood
We loved this place! Apartment was really nice with good amenities. Hosts were helpful and the location was great for many different activities. We loved drinking coffee outside each morning and walking down to the beach each night to watch the sunset.

We have stayed in many VRBO vacation rentals and this one was at the top of the list. Not one detail for our comfort and convenience was overlooked. Host John Cashman went above and beyond in checking in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Lovely view from the balcony. Great trip.

Great place in Point Loma/Ocean Beach
Great place to stay! The views of the ocean are wonderful and a great place to watch the sunset. The indoors/outdoor living is a great benefit as there is ample outside space to enjoy the SD weather. The neighborhood is very nice and you are close to Ocean Beach and the restaurants. John does a great job communicating and checking in to make sure you have everything you need. John is very conscientious and always quick to reply to any questions. The kitchen is well stocked and the additional snacks and drinks provided are a nice touch. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. John and Michael also makes sure you are well supplied with extra towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend!

This place was perfect, and the grounds were beautiful. Very clean, and well-appointed. John's "Welcome package" was awesome, and the patio is a really nice place to sit with coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon/evening, to enjoy the surroundings, as well as the great view to the Ocean. The glass double "garage door" on the wall of the suite, facing the ocean, is a really nice touch. Neighborhood is great, and the location is close to everything. Loved this place!!
