Our new, modern, luxury, air-conditioned beach house with bay views, private two car parking, offers en suite full bathrooms in every bedroom plus another full bathroom on the main floor, balconies off two of the bedrooms and a rooftop deck. Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen TV. The house has designer furniture and luxurious hotel linens and towels which will make your San Diego vacation an unforgettable experience. This exceptional home is only steps from the bay and a very short walk to the beach, and is located on Pismo Ct.

It is a block away from some of the best restaurants and bars Pacific and Mission Beach have to offer. Better Buzz Coffee, Rosaria’s Pizza, Mission Café, Olives Café, Miss Bs Coconut café, Mission Beach Boardwalk, the local mini-mart, and so much more. As we like to say, 'it’s heels distance away from everything meaning no Ubers required when exploring the local shops and restaurants or when planning a fun night out on the town. So, when vacationing in sunny San Diego, California, what better place to stay than My Own Beach House Vacation Rentals!

This luxury beach home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the bay side of North Mission Beach and comes with central air conditioning and heating. The house is a 3-bedroom, 4 bath home with a 2-car covered carport, which is a must-have amenity when vacationing at the beach as parking is very difficult during the summer months. Carport Dimensions: 18'6" D x 17'3"W. Two SUV vehicles can be parked side by side under the carport. Friends and families will love the ability to pull up, park and conveniently gain access to the house and its wonderful amenities. There is also an outlet for your electric vehicle. The house sleeps 9 comfortably. The beds are all new with luxurious hotel linens and towels.
Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: Two Twin Bunk Beds + Twin Trundle + Fold out mattress (sleeps 6)
Bedroom 2: King Bed with double balconies (sleeps 2)

Third Floor:
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with Bay View you can see through a large pop up window! (sleeps 2)

Each bedroom offers a spacious en-suite bathroom which features a 12' rain head shower nozzle and modern contemporary sinks and countertops. The third-floor decks offer bay views which provide a perfect setting for entertaining and enjoying that famous San Diego weather.

The exterior downstairs patio affords a built-in gas barbecue and an outdoor shower constructed of stone and tile that allows guests to wash the salt and sand off both their body and feet after a wonderful day at the beach. The home is equipped with secure and modern keyless entry for your convenience.

The first floor main living area has gorgeous designer furniture, with a cozy-new-home feel that many of our renters absolutely rave about. There is a downstairs bathroom for easy access from the kitchen and living area. There is a large dining table, with additional counter barstools for plenty of seating when enjoying meals together.

The house is fully equipped with fresh linens, sheets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, washer/dryer and a gas barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots & pans, plates, silverware, coffee maker, and all the other fixings you will likely need to have an incredible stay in our home. All you need to do is relax and enjoy your San Diego beach vacation! What better place to stay than our modern beach bungalow!

Perfect vacation home
We had a wonderful vacation, the house was perfect. Each room has a private bathroom plus a bathroom downstairs. The patios are charming and great for reading a book or visiting.

Our stay was pleasant a d the house came as advertised. The location on Mission Beach was excellent and close to shops and great local food. The house is 'inland' so offers no view, but it's a very short walk to Bay side or beach side. Carolyn was lovely and very responsive. We would stay here again!

Brought our dog with us and had a lovely weekend. House was clean and Carolyn was easy to get ahold of for any questions. There was a grassy area just a couple houses down that we could take our dog to do his business. The location was perfect for all the spots we like as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a quick (2 day/3 night) stay when in town for a family wedding with four adults and a teen. The house was exactly as described and very clean, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location is perfect. We could easily walk to the beach and boardwalks (ocean and bay sides) and there are a lot of great nearby restaurants, coffee/smoothie shops, and stores. The availability of beach chairs and towels was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The living area is a bit small but we had plenty of room and spent most of our time outdoors. Carolyn’s pre-arrival communications were awesome and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

100% Amazing
This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The place was beyond clean, inviting, had more than what was listed, and the amenities were more than what we had expected. It was like we arrived at home. The location was ideal for the surfer and for the calm of the bay with so many activities to choose from. The friendliness and ease of check in and communication with the owner was above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Paradise!!
We took a quick spring break trip with our kiddos and decided San Diego would be a good spot! We were more than pleased with this home!!! The location was ideal, being between the beach and harbor. The kids LOVED playing at both. There was also a nice playground at the harbor too! The space also was perfect for our family!! The two bedrooms on the second level are spacious with private baths, same with the bedroom/suite on the third floor. We had the windows open at night and heard nothing but the birds! Very peaceful! Sitting on the balcony or patio in the evenings was also awesome!! Plenty of space to spread out, but still under the same roof! The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. The owner was super to work with, both prior to arriving and during our stay. We're already talking about planning a trip back! Thanks for a great stay:)!!

Comfortable Stay
We just returned home from 2 weeks at Carolyn's modern beach house. The beach house is conveniently located one small block back from the bayside beach. There is ample parking which is rare for this neighborhood! You can easily fit 2 cars in the carport. The key pad to get in and out is very handy so that you don't have to worry about bringing or losing house keys. We loved the layout of the place and felt really spoiled with a full bathroom off of each bedroom and another full bathroom on the main floor when you walk in. The beds at this house are soooo comfortable! We couldn't wait to crawl into bed each night after very full days with two small kids. Large TVs in each bedroom was another bonus. You won't be disappointed in this clean, spacious, and comfortable beach house!

Luxury and convenience steps away from Mission Bay, Pacific Beach and wonderful eateries & shops
Beautiful!! The place feels totally new but yet so comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need for a great stay: soaps, towels, dishware and board games. Beds and linens are fresh and comfortable. The hosts take care of your questions concerns before, during and after your visit. We felt taken care of the minute we walked in with a vase of fresh cut flowers and coffee ready to go for the morning. The location is ideal. We walked everywhere! If you are looking for a relaxed walk or beach time, hit the bayside. Looking for activity, surfers and great food, hit the ocean side. So many great restaurants!! If you would rather stay in and cook in the beautiful kitchen, no worries, grocery store just down the street. The neighborhood is so quiet you can hear the ocean waves crashing at night if you leave your windows open. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Absolutely wonderful!
What a beautiful home to spend time away from home in! I absolutely loved how this home was renovated and decorated. Immediately upon coming through the door I knew that my family and I were going to be comfortable and cozy. I loved the hard wood floors, the tri-level floor plan (which allowed for privacy in the bedroom areas, especially the bedroom on the third floor). Ensuite bathrooms with every bedroom made all the difference! Location was perfect for our needs and having 2 parking spots large enough for our SUV was perfect. Carolyn was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my text messages when I had a few questions. I’m a bit of a clean freak....this home met all of my clean freak’s expectations!!! I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful home. I will definitely rent this home again when I’m in the San Diego area!

If you think the house looks pretty in pictures, it doesn't even begin to describe what it looks like in real life. We can't wait to rent this again. It was PERFECT. The location was perfect, you park your car and if you're lucky you'll never have to move it again. The kitchen is small but doesn't lack a single thing. It has EVERYTHING! Every room has a special charm and there are enough bathrooms for everyone! You can even hook up your phone through Bluetooth and have music all over the house! (Yes, even the bathrooms have speakers) The house includes two bikes, bodyboards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas a beach table. There's no better home around the area. It's amazing and we're bummed to be home. We wish we could have booked two weeks! Next year for sure! Thank you Carolyn!

Great local, great owners
We took our family for spring break. The location is great. 2 min walk to bay and 8 min maybe to Ocean. House was super clean and well stocked to cook meals, shower, etc. Looked like most was NEW, couch, towel, bed, table/chairs, etc. House is small but we only wanted it to eat/sleep so that was perfect. Extra parking was key as family friends could drive and spend the day @ the beach w/o the headache of parking. Another family was with us and they stayed 3 houses down. While their house was completely remodeled and 3x's the size there was no room to park so we were able to accommodate two SUV's easily. The closet is very large and if the big shelves were put on either side would easily accommodate twin bunk beds that folded from the wall. Porch isn't large but it's private and allows you to enjoy the weather. Owners were GREAT brining down play toys, chairs, boards, etc. Super easy to work with an very responsive. We'd stay here again. Cleaning deposit was returned in 1 day! If you want a huge house with lots of room this isn't for you and don't you go to the beach to be @ the beach and NOT inside? Stay here we enjoyed it.
