We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

Cozy stay
The place is cozy and the beds are comfy, also has a really nice kitchen. It was about a 20 min drive to the popular areas we visited, Coronado Beach and Little Italy.

National City Visit
Very comfortable house for our visit with family in the area. Location was perfect and very easy to access downtown attractions. Our only issues were with the Nest thermostat and the lack of decent cookware in the kitchen. When staying at a VRBO property for a week we usually like to do a little cooking eating breakfast each morning and maybe a dinner or two. This rental’s cookware should be thrown out. I wouldn’t cook anything in the pans that were left in the cabinets.

Retreat
I had a mens retreat and we enjoyed our stay here. Everything was amazing except for the surrounding neighborhood. The listing was very nice, clean, and pretty much exactly as listed but there crackhead houses next door. A Pitbull on the loose was staring one of my friends down and he was worried about attack. Not the best part of town… overall great place to rent especially if the surrounding area doesn’t matter to you.

Misleading description of roach motel
Upon arriving to the rental we noticed the surrounding neighborhood was not nice and we saw several roaches. By the evening we realized the home had a severe roach infestation. We actually slept in our car the first night and secured a hotel by early morning. VRBO and the host have not been proactive nor honest in working on a refund. We provided picture and video evidence of the roach infestation and have been dealing with VRBO support for over two weeks now. Buyer beware…..

Loved our stay!
Great location for us as it was easy to get all over San Diego. Property was great and had everything that we needed. Would stay here again! The host gave us all the info we needed for our stay. Everything was very clear. However, it seemed that all of the responses were automated. I had asked a question multiple times and it never was answered, just got automated messages about checkin and other relevant information to our stay. It ended up not being a big deal, we figured it out and it was resolved. Just thought it was odd that our question wasn’t addressed.

Great house. All updated and very clean. When we first got to the house the code did not work but we were able to get in touch with Leon's team right away and that was fixed immediately. Definitely would stay here again.
