Crown Point Beach & Bay Vacation House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 10. Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula, surrounded by water on 3 sides, walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area). Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or rollerblading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Sea World is just over the bridge and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown, Balboa Park, Lego-Land, Safari Park, etc...

3 Bedrooms: King in one Bedroom, Queen in second bedroom and full size bed in the third bedroom.

Family Room: Large family room with open beam ceiling and wood burning fire place. Large leather European Style Queen size sleeper sofa. Family room opens up to a sun drenched patio with 4 burner Viking Grill and outdoor dining.

Kitchen: Kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters tops, gourmet cooking island with prep sink, newer appliances and a Bay window that overlooks the patio. The kitchen opens up to the family room for a great room feel.

Living room: Large sun filled living room, hard wood floors throughout, leather sofa bed, leather love seat, and leather chair with ottoman plus 42' HDTV with expanded cable and DVR.

2 Bathrooms: Bathroom #1 has a Shower/Tub . Bathroom #2 has a Shower.

Patio: Saltillo tiled patio with large teak table and teak chairs, 4 Burner Viking Grill, dining al fresco and plenty of privacy. Professional Dart Board on Patio.

Free WiFi, DVD Player, Flat Screen HDTV, Stereo, BBQ, Full Kitchen, Beach Cruisers (Bicycles), Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys, Cooler, Portable BBQ for the Beach, Beach Umbrella.

In January 2019 we replaced all of the windows and screens with energy efficient windows that block the suns heat. The new windows will keep the house cool and comfortable and prevent the house from over heating from the direct sunlight.

Great holiday stay!
We booked this place for the Christmas holiday and it was great! It had everything we needed: linens, kitchen gadgets/cookware, and we even took the bikes out for a grocery run to Trader Joe's! The key box was a bit of a challenge when we first checked in, but Eric was prompt with calling us and giving us a little hack to get it onen. Highly recommend this place!

Delightful Stay
The house is clean, comfortable, and quiet with plenty of living space. The kitchen is very well equipped for dining in, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, too. We appreciated that there are enough supplies provided for our entire stay. It was a great place for four friends traveling together.

Patio chairs cushions should be replaced. Lower door handle on refrigerator broken. Barbecue was full of grease and flared up when lit. We let it burn down before using.

We were supposed to have our daughter, son in law and two grandchildren with us for the weekend, they however had the flu. This did not stop us from having a wonderful weekend in San Diego. We loved the location; all of the islands and bridges were awesome. Stores were a nearby drive, but we had a coffee shop and liquor store just a 5-minute walk away. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood to the beach on the bay. The house was very comfortable and had everything we would have needed for the 4 adults and 2 children, but the house worked for just the two of us as well.

Lovely and comfortable home away from home!
Our family had a very pleasant stay at the Crown Point rental. The rental is spacious and accomodating for large families and super close to ocean and bay for outdoor activities. Quiet neighborhood in the evenings. We would recommend this lovely & comfortable vacation home for those seeking a peaceful stay in a beautiful setting.

The house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children. The 3 bedrooms and comfortable sleeper sofa worked perfectly. The two family rooms and two accessible bathrooms were great. We had space to enjoy each other and also have some quiet. The big patio table was a wonderful place to eat. I highly recommend this house! The hosts are very responsive to any questions as well.

Amazing!!!
We had an amazing time in SD and staying here was a huge part of it. It felt like home the minute we walked in the door. The communication with Eric and Yvonne was spectacular. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it. The location is amazing being so close to PB, the beach at Crown Point, SeaWorld fireworks at night, and of course Rocky's for the best burger in SD. Great Beach House!
This home is comfortable, spacious and was perfect for our extended family. The location is very convenient for anything you may want to do in San Diego. The backyard was a great place to bbq and hang out. The kitchen is very well equipped. Don't let the hide a beds deter you. They are very comfortable, and even our picky sleeper said it was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a great little place in Mission Bay! We enjoyed the backyard and the inside too. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked and there is a grill too. Woyld definitely stay here again.
