Completely Upgraded Throughout, Just Steps To Ocean And Bay- Central Air

4 bedroom/3 bath with central air. Just steps to the Beach and Bay! On the best courtyard in Mission Beach. It is the upstairs unit of a duplex.

This vacation getaway has just been completely upgraded: new appliances, cabinets, quartz counter tops, hardwood floors, new windows, new furniture throughout. The main level includes a kitchen that is open to the living room and dining room, a deck off the living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. The open loft area upstairs includes a family room, bathroom, and a second deck (with a view to the ocean, and brand new furniture). One of the bedrooms has a king bed, two have queen beds, and one has queen over queen bunk beds.

When you are not out enjoying one of the many restaurants that are within walking distance, you can enjoy a home-cooked meal in the beautiful new kitchen. The kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances (fridge with ice/water dispenser, gas range, dishwasher, and microwave). The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, and includes an island/bar that seats three. The dining room table seats twelve. The living room has cushy seating, a gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen TV, and additional bench seating along the fireplace. There is even a built-in playhouse under the stairs, with toys, for the little ones. An outside shower is available, with hot water, to wash off beach sand before coming in.

The laundry includes new, full-sized, washer and dryer. Amenities include Wifi, central air, 42" flat screen TVs in each bedroom, blow dryers, linens (towels, bedding, beach towels), shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The one car carport has the following dimensions: 36' 6" long, 7' wide, 7'3" high. Additional free parking is available about one block away in city-owned parking lot on Caramel Place.

Quiet groups, No parties or large gatherings-Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and or evictions are strictly enforced. Guests will be required to supply name and ages of All occupants. We have a limit of 9 guests. Please do not book this unit if you have more than 9 occupants. There are no exceptions.

Location, Location, Location! Within walking distance to beach(100 steps), the bay(70 steps), many restaurants, Belmont Park, grocery store, and convenience stores. You can't beat the tropical feeling of Nantasket Court. Sea World is less than a ten minute drive, tons of shopping and close to all of San Diego's tourist attractions.

Incredible house and host
The house was so perfect for our two families with small kids! The play kitchen area and supply of toys was amazing! The location was perfect! The space was so well used and thought out. And the cooking supplies and amenities were well stocked. Toni was so helpful and responsive. Will definitely be staying again!

Great location. Clean place. Everything we needed except the internet constantly going out on us and needing to be rebooted. We basically used stopped using the WiFi since it would go out on us. Enjoyed breakfasts at Mollys & easy access to the beach and sightseeing.

Beautiful property in Mission Beach!

A perfect family getaway
The condo was well appointed and comfortable as portrayed. Our grandchildren loved playing in the upstairs loft and our 2 year granddaughter was enchanted with the little playhouse tucked under the stairwell. It was a great place for our family holiday.

Comfortable - great location
This beautiful home was the perfect fit for our family trip to San Diego: super close to the beach and a short drive to the MCRD and airport. It's spacious: we had 8 people in our group and everyone enjoyed a comfortable bed. My favorite points: close proximity to the ocean and restaurants (2 minute walk), very quiet neighborhood, and beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards for guests. None of us wanted to leave!

Perfect house for girls weekend
We had a great time in this house. The house accommodated all of us comfortably. Kudos to those who planned this Vrbo- everything was labeled so we knew where things went, there were hooks everywhere to hang towels, and rubber mats on stairway. The house was very clean. The location was perfect. Everything we wanted was walking distance- Beach, restaurants, market. Anyone would be happy that they rented this house.

The property was extremely clean and perfectly located between bay and beach. It was perfect for our family of 9. There was an issue with the microwave breaking and our gracious host, Toni, replaced it asap. She responded immediately to my email. We were all very happy with our stay.

Overall a very good place, but we faced several issues: - Completely clogged bathroom sink - Badly dirty blanket. To the owner credit there were plenty of clean sheets, but the blanket was very dirty - Really bad parking to the point that I badly dented my car on the side

Great place/location
The location was great. The place was lovely and had everything we needed. The restrictions are a little ridiculous. With a cleaning fee as expensive as this one, no one should be expected to do a thing before checkout. Of course we did, but they need to cut that fee in half if they are going to have cleaning expectations. Also, a rental for 10 people over an older couple? There are bound to be complaints. Overall, it was almost perfect for our group.

We loved staying in this beautiful townhouse. The location is perfect, nestled in between the beach and the bay, in walking distance to charming restaurants and shops, and a short drive to all San Diego has to offer. Our family of five were delighted to be welcomed into such a spacious, spotless and comfortable home. Easily the most thoughtfully stocked and organized property we have ever rented, everything from spices to laundry supplies to beach towels to shampoo to pancake mix on hand. Toni is so friendly and accommodating and "only a text away." We would love to return and had a tough time leaving! Thanks for a great vacation!

So clean, beautiful with comfy beds and plenty of them. Well stocked, which is fantastic. An abundance of towels. Great showers. Parking is dicey. We had to rent a minivan with the number of kids we have. Narrow space but we did get in a few times when there was no street parking. Able to walk to mission beach and pacific beach. Loved that it was the upstairs townhouse. Quiet. Nice upstairs patio. Lots of light in the cool windows. Would stay again and recommend for sure!

Wow! What a great place! I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my stay here! It had everything you could possibly need. If there is a kitchen appliance it was there. I brought my 4 year old and he really enjoyed the bunk beds. Plenty of space and very open floor plan. Another thing we loved was that it was walking distance from the beach and the bay. Perfect location. I found that the places right on the beach weren't as good because of all of the traffic on the boardwalk. This place was very quiet as well. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Daughter's Wedding in San Diego
Our daughter and her fiancé planned their destination wedding at nearby Sunset Cliffs and we were thrilled to stay at this beautiful and well-appointed condo in Mission Beach with our other kids and their families. Family and friends of his and hers stayed nearby as there are so many options in the area. EVERYONE loved the area and this beautiful condo. I am a SD native and, in my opinion, this location is the best in town. We love the beaches, Mission Bay, and 15 minute drives to the airport, La Jolla and so many amenities in between. This condo met all of our needs and exceeded everyone's expectations for an easy and relaxing time. Toni answered emails quickly and cordially with responses to questions and concerns, which were few. I highly recommend this space for enjoying a relaxing time with family and friends. The great room is fantastic.

Absolutely a fabulous place!
This place had it all! A beautifully designed and decorated space. The location couldn't be better--only steps away from the beach and steps away from the bay. The condo had everything you could ask for. A kitchen fully stocked with every pot, pan, utensil, appliance, plates, etc. that you would need. The living/dining room was spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern; the beds were comfortable. There is even a play place under the stairs that any child would love. There are 2 decks, one on each side of the house that are nice outdoor spaces. With 4 bedrooms, there is plenty of space for a large group to be comfortable. I can't think of anything that is missing from this place. Would definitely return.

Flu can’t ruin a Mission Bay week
We loved having an air conditioned unit almost as much as our 1 and 2 year old grandkids loved the under the stairs play house. The parking was better than other reviews we read. Also we agree that things were well stocked and we tried to leave our own items that were sealed and worth using like paper products. The owner was attentive and especially conscience of an outside neighbor situation. Many thanks for the weekend. We wound up with all but one of us (me) getting a stomach flu. We are blaming the babies because we always get whatever their systems are battling. But we played while victims did their time and we continued to enjoy the condo and beach. We do recommend staying here.

Great San Diego Stay!
We loved this property! Plenty of room for our 10 person party. The place was clean and just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Also loved that we could walk to the beach and the bay. Toni (owner) was amazing as well! One thing to know about San Diego is that it’s a big city with limited space. You will see reviews about the small parking space, but that’s just how this city is. Pretty much all housing has small parking spots. However, there is plenty of free public parking very close. We rented a 15 passenger van and had a 5 min walk from the larger, free parking spots. We had three kids in our party and we chose this rental because they provided all baby items we needed. There’s even a little playroom under the stairs that the kids loved to play in. Overall we had a great experience! I would definitely love to stay here again!
