We had so much fun! We loved walking to the beach daily! Took an Uber everywhere, best choice ever! Enjoyed all the attractions we could take in while in San Diego! The property owner was the sweetest and very helpful! The property was clean, and big enough for my family of 3 and had great amenities.

Great location and excellent home!
We spent 5 nights here and had a wonderful time. The location is amazing with beaches, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. The hot spots of San Diego are all a short drive away. The house was very clean and exactly like the photos with a lot of “extras” to help you feel welcome and invited. I would definitely recommend this place and our wonderful host!

Lovely OB getaway
What a great unit! Clean, comfortable, bright, convenient, and close to everything you need. Truly just blocks from the beach, great restaurants, and multiple breweries/bars. The host was very accommodating and went above and beyond by stocking the unit with towels, beach supplies, and all those easily forgettable toiletry items. Definitely would stay here again!

This unit is a gem! It was close to the beach, no driving necessary! Close to restaurants, a great grocery store(Krisp), cute shops- you name it! Unit was a 2 bed, 1 bath. Super clean. Kitchen was perfect for making any meal for any time of the day. Cooking supplies were in great condition, too. Owner and manager werevery attentive

Meiluen was a great host, easy to contact, and quick to respond to all questions. The property is updated and in great shape. Kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with everything you need. The aircon unit too a little bit to kick in and really cool down the apartment after a warm day, but all good. Very close to the beach, just a few short mins walk. Area was quiet and safe, too. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful weekend getaway
The communication from the property owner was second to none. She checked in frequently and had recommendations on places to go and things to do. The apartment was perfect for four. Fully functioning kitchen with plenty of utensils and cookware. 2 minute walk to dog beach and 10 from restaurants and shops in either direction. 10/10 would recommend. We’ll be back!

Perfect Beach Vacay!
My family of 4, including 2 teenagers had a great stay at Meiluen’s apartment. Her communication was excellent! It’s 1 block from Ocean Beach and we walked everywhere. We brought our 2 little dogs as well and they enjoyed Dog Beach right next to OB and walking around town with us. The Farmer’s Market on Wednesday night was a lot of fun! The apartment was spotless and very nicely decorated. The a/c was nice in the living room and kitchen but the bedrooms did get a little warm in the afternoon. I would most definitely stay again if ever in the area and highly recommend!

Great location, nicely furnished apartment
The apartment is very comfortable with updated furnishings, lots of towels, pillows, supplies. Nice location a few blocks from the beach and from OB’s restaurants and bars. The only concern was the bedrooms can get hot on a warm day and although the living room area is well air conditioned, the bedrooms stay warm into the evening. (Floor fans are provided). The owner is in touch from booking to arrival and during the stay.

Family stay at Ocean Beach
Property's was well decorated and furnished. Condition was immaculate. Parking will be a problem as it is street parking only. I was surprised at the large homeless population which may be seasonal? The homeless were predominantly at the beach front so I was content with this location being a block away from this problem. Overall this is a very nice property.

Short but Sweet
We were visiting our son in college for Parent Weekend. The house was in a perfect location to restaurants, beach, and his school. We enjoyed using the boogie boards, which were in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked. It's an older house, but it would be helpful to have more lighting. And lastly, we had returned from the beach and were putting things away and drying our towels when the owner sent me text about what we were doing. I know there are cameras, but it felt intrusive to have someone watch you and comment on your actions. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Amazing find!!
This property was perfect! The location was amazing. Seriously a block from the beach. The place itself was great as well. Everything we needed for amenities. The only downside, and not really more than slightly irritating is the street side parking. We had to park a bit away but like I said, nothing too bad. Street noise wasn’t an issue either, I was concerned being on the corner unit. The owner was fabulous, very communicative and helpful throughout offering location tips to make our stay better. Great place over all.

Soft Beds, near the beach.
We enjoyed our stay in Ocean Beach. It was nice to have comfortable beds and a full kitchen to cook breakfast every morning. The only drawbacks, the ac didn't cool very well and we didn't feel comfortable leaving windows open while we were away. Also, my son has dog allergies, which I should've found a dog free rental. We got him some allergy meds and didn't have him sleeping on the couch. That drawback is on me. The owner did help accommodate us as our flight got changed. So, all and all a good vacation.

Beautiful oasis in OB
My sister and I stayed here for a girls' weekend and loved this condo. It was such a treat to get two bedrooms, beautiful decor, and a great location for such an affordable price. The condo was so close to the beach and an easy walk to everything you want to see in OB. The owner had so many things ready for us when we arrived, down to makeup removing wipes and toys for kids and pets. She was also very friendly and responsive to every question we asked both before and during our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. As other reviews have noted for OB properties, it is in the flight path from 6:00am until about 10:00-11:00p. We were out and about and are heavy sleepers, but definitely recommend ear plugs or a white noise app if you turn in early and are a light sleeper. Overall, awesome trip, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location and updated apt
We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the location and amenities. The apt is clean and updated and walkable to downtown OB and beach. There are scooters and bikes everywhere to rent if you choose a faster route to town. We were there during the week so we got to enjoy the OB Farmers market. A must go to event. The kitchen was well equipped with most all of the amenities you would need as was the bathroom. It was quite comfortable as well. If you don't like noise it might not be the right place for you. The planes do cross over starting about 6am and continue till 11ish. This did not bother us and would stay at this place again in the future. The property owner is also very responsive and excellent communicator.
