The space:

Step into your dream beach getaway. A newly remodeled oasis featuring a queen bed, twin over twin trundle bed, and twin air mattress sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably. Slip into vacation mode in no time as you cozy up in the living room, whip up meals in the modern kitchen, and unwind in the serene bedroom. The spa-like bathroom boasts a luxurious rain shower and high-end finishes like quartz countertops and custom tile. Contemporary design, stainless steel appliances, and quick beach access ensure an unforgettable stay.

But wait, there's more! Enjoy movie nights on two Smart TVs with streaming services, have a Mario Kart tournament on the super nintendo console, or break out the classic board games for family fun. Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to this one bedroom condo as well as one dedicated parking spot just outside the unit.

Outside, the propane BBQ grill and beach gear is shared with the other 2 units in the building. With quick beach access and amazing amenities, you'll enjoy complete comfort during your stay!

Interaction with Guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other Details to Note:

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The condo has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 5 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
