Convenient SD beach vacation spot!

We enjoyed being a street away from the beach and it was also an easy walking distance to all our favorite bars and restaurants in Pacific Beach!

Convenient and Comfortable

Love the location. Being close to the beach is a priority for us so less than a block’s walk is ideal. The place was comfortable and clean. He all we needed to rest and cook meals. Will definitely recommend this location to those who like a cozy place close to the beach.

Place was great. The quick walk to Pacific beach was awesome and made the value of the condo amazing! Comfortable beds and couches. Met our needs for kitchen, bedding, beach supplies (towels, chairs, boogie boards).

Perfectly located and calm

2 small buildings with a few, very nice apartments that are perfectly located: 2 minutes walk from the beach with its swimming section, and 5 minutes from boutiques and bars. A sweet garden, and a garage to park. Ideal for families and kids! Reactive service very appreciated as well. Strongly recommend, the best quality/cost ratio in Pacific Beach. Enjoy!

Clean and well furnished house one block apart from the beach and less than 10 minutes walking from bars and restaurants. I had a car so it was very easy to move around from there.

Beautiful apartment and perfect location!

We had the pleasure of staying in this cute little apartment for over a month. It was super clean and very well appointed. It was such a perfect location…quiet neighborhood and a super quick walk to the beach. Also a nice touch to have boogie boards and chairs available for use. We already booked for next year! This place is really a gem and great find!

Great location, cute apartment

The location is great, and the apartment is well suited to a family with kids. The third "bed" in the living room (couch that converts to a less-than-full-size bed) is not a great option for an adult, but works in a pinch. Very sunny. We would stay here again!

Walking distance to everything.

The apartment was withing walking distance of the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and souvenir shops. We were able to easily drive into downtown San Diego for other activities that we were interested in. The only thing I was disappointed with was there was not any air conditioning. We are from a colder climate and found that part uncomfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in CA. This will likely be the last time we will spend a vacation with just our little family as our kiddo's are growing up and moving out.

Perfect Beach Get-Away!

We have stayed at this property multiple times, each time it's been perfect! Management is always responsive and accommodating. Can't beat the location, just a few steps to the beach and Pacific Beach restaurants and shopping. We are looking forward to booking again next year!

Visiting San Diego

Everything about this property was exactly what we hoped for. Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Steps away from the beach, restaurants, and bars. My family and I had a great time here. I have a large truck which was a tight fit for this area but Megan called me when I arrived and helped me figure out the parking situation. I would definitely return.
