Great, roomy and clean!
The place was wonderful and nicely located. There is parking, the bus stop is a few steps away, and it's in front of the beach. The cookware is a little outdated, but everything else was amazing!! We enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended.

Great area. Was easy to walk to many shops and eating establishments. Easy to drive to area attractions. The unit is fully furnished and easily accessible. There was one of the beds in the two bed room was squeaky when slept on. Having a nice area to come back to made our vacation a great experience in San Diego.

Perfect location!
We enjoyed our stay very much! So close to all activities. Walkable and driving distance. All appliances worked great! The only thing I would recommend to update are the beach chairs. Not overly awesome. Would love to have more and regular size.

Location!!
The location of this spot was excellent. Only 2 houses down from the beach, you can literally hear the waves with the windows open. They had every we needed, pans, silverware, beach toys, parking, tvs in each room, lovely patio, and comfy couches. It’s a little bit of an older home but Definitely worth the price! Only complaint would be the laundry. It worked 1x but swallowed out $4 when we tried again. Dryer works okay ish. And it was hard to find quarters around the area. There are plenty other Laundromats around if u really need to do laundry. Great stay!

The location! Needed a deep clean and could use some updating/investment. The location is very good. People watching is really fun there.In the bottom unit > 718 you can hear people upstairs, but over all it was pretty quiet in the area. (We were there on a Saturday and Sunday) for the price it’s was perfect.

Great location
We enjoyed the property. It was in a great location, near the beach and restaurants, and it was still relatively quiet even though it was in a higher density area. Amenities were good. House was clean. The coin-operated laundry didn’t work, but was repaired within 24 hours.

Great location makes up for few issues
Generally, great location and accommodation. Main issues were just with small details like not having enough bath towels for everybody. Only one mirror for a location that sleeps up to six people. Two dollars for coin operated washer and dryer is a new experience and was especially frustrating as it was not consistently working

Property has a great location. The place made for a good stay. The bed in the bedroom alone droops in the middle bad like a taco, but the bedding was clean and we slept alright, just woke up smooshed to each other. There was sand all over the coffee table and floor, but maybe that's to be expected that close to the beach. It rained pretty hard while we were there and the bedroom with 2 beds in it got some water in it, not sure how, the windows were closed. Over place made for a good quick weekend stay with our friends.

Nice clean home within feet of Mission beach and 2 mins from Belmont Park. Small garage but was perfect for our rental. 15 min drive to San Diego Zoo, or La Jolla! Will definitely book again next time we visit San Diego!

Wonderful beach house
Everything about our stay was great. Close to everything. Perfect for four people. If there is anything to improve it would be to fix some of the broken outlets in the bedrooms. We all had stuff to charge but we were able to get it worked out. Also there was only enough silverware for 4 people and extra set would have been appreciated. Will totally stay again!!

So-so property
Great access to beach, Belmont and eateries. Check in instructions need to be updated as there is a keypad at the garage now and no security door only the front door…issues with pizza sauce on the wall above the trash can inside ( that we cleaned off with a paper towel) and the patio table was filthy-we cleaned it also so we could use it…there were only 2 beach chairs that were usable…we enjoyed the cool temps and the close proximity to the beach 🏝️

Location was key
Location was perfect. The building was good. But the unit itself could use a really good deep clean lots of dirt and dust that could’ve easily been cleaned up. Kitchen utensils can use a good cleaning as well. But the unit itself was fine. the best thing yoga about this unit was the location. Property managers, not quick to respond to questions, but the ease of the app was nice. They also need to update the keypad entry. It took multiple attempts for it to work each and every time we enter the unit.

Nice location. Rented to be able to cook meals but VERY limited.. no pot to boil noodles or make sauce in . No salt, pepper. Heard every noise from upstairs tenants. Paper thin walls

Electrical didn’t work in 2 of the rooms. Garbage disposal still had food in it. It reeked.
If they would fix the electrical and clean a little bit better i would maybe rent it again. Called the company and they said they would call back. Haven’t heard from them. Have used VRBO many times. This was by the far the worst.
