Beautiful Oceanfront Penthouse in North Mission Beach

Imagine waking up and going to sleep in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath oceanfront condominium/apartment. Built in 2007 and remodeled in March 2017. This oceanfront property will be your favorite vacation spot every year. This oceanfront property has beautiful granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, and all kitchen amenities to help you feel as if you are at home. Beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards await. All you need for this dream vacation is clothes and food. The condo/apartment is on the 3rd floor with it's own private balcony and barbecue. The beautiful beach is steps away from your own private entry. It comes complete with cable television and internet. Each bedroom has its own private shower. The condo has all of the amenities to make you feel at home. The master bedroom faces two french glass doors that overlook the Pacific ocean and features a queen size bed with sunken tub and separate double head shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed set, the bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink. The final bedroom features a full size bed sleeping two, dresser, and nightstand. The bathroom in the third bedroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Living area has a full size sofa sleeper. Electric fireplace in Living room and Master bedroom. 1 tandem parking space included, which will accommodate 1 large or 2 small vehicles. If you have more than 2 large vehicle's , there is another option for parking for an additional fee.

Exceeded our expectations!!
Amazing property with 3 master bedrooms with nice bathrooms. Has a half bath for guests. Beautiful oceanfront views. Deck off of kitchen and main master bedroom. Has plenty of room to sit and bbq enjoying the weather and views. Great customer service who responds quickly.

Great Location
The condo is in a fantastic location. The condo was dirty. There were several burned out light bulbs. This was very inconvenient because some of them were over the staircase. There were no paper products except toilet paper. There was no control over temperature regulation because the thermostats were inoperable. There was no ice maker and no trays available. There were spiders in the back bathroom. It could have been a much better experience with some effort by the owners. Thank goodness for the excellent location.

We have been coming to SD for more than ten years go out girl trip. Monica was a great host and responded to Al of our questions and requests quickly. We lived on the porch when we weren’t at the beach! The only recommendation I have is to stay longer!

The kitchen window was like looking at a painting of the ocean. Great property in a great location. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect. It was close to great shops, restaurants and amusements. I can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful location!
Absolutely beautiful location! Right on the beach and walkable distance to multiple shops, restaurants and coffee. We watched the surfers and dolphins right from the deck! Mostly pros, but there are some cons: very small parking spots, moldy back bathroom, no dishwasher soap. Overall we knew we were paying for the location and that did not disappoint!

My stay at Ocean Front was nothing short of idyllic. The sound of crashing waves lulled me to sleep each night, the views were postcard-perfect, and the location provided easy access to all the action I craved. I will be returning!

Great views but lacking!
The place had a light of some kind out in every room, as well as the master bedroom lock was broken. The main door to the property was broken as well. The parking suggests room for two vehicles, but they better be small economy vehicles to fit in the parking spot. Gate was beautiful for parking but it squeaked as you opened it to awaken everyone and the neighbors. Dog was always barking down stairs and the apartment smelled of marijuana that was coming from downstairs.

My family and I just stayed in this awesome condo. Beautiful views, walking distances to food and drinks. My son was able to just walk down and get sea shells while we sat on the balcony watching him. Just a perfect time, we are talking about making it a yearly visit.

AMAZING location
The only locations on mission beach that even come close to this one are the houses to the left and to the right! Right on the water an only a couple minutes walk to anything you might want to do!

Beautiful place and great location!
We really enjoyed this place and Monica was very responsive with anything we needed. With 8 of us staying there it was a little small in the living/dining room area but we really enjoyed the outdoor patio with the fire pit. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Short, family beach vacation
We just got done taking a five day cruise and didn’t feel like that was enough of a vacation so we went to the beach house in San Diego for two nights three days. It was one of the highlights of the vacation. The rooms were nice with a full bathroom. You could walk to everything in the area and we got plenty of beach time. Would love to stay there again.

Great overall experience and owner was very accommodating to a date change due to the Hurricane. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Parking is very tight (we have a Honda Odyssey) but it is to be expected staying on such premium real estate. Great views and we even saw the dolphins swimming by from the balcony! So cool.

Great Location
The location and views are outstanding. Monica was great to communicate with any questions we had. Waking up seeing the oceanfront and dolphins every day made our stay that much more memorable. There many things and places to explore within walking distance off the boardwalk. Having the off street parking was a great add. We used a compact suv and if you know how to navigate a vehicle the parking into the car port is golden, you just have to take your time and be patient. I would stay here again!
