The space
As a guest of The Relaxing Centrally Located Retreat you will have exclusive access to:
• KITCHEN: Newly remodeled (March 2023) fully equipped chef’s kitchen, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, juicer, coffee maker, crockpot, mixer, platers, mixing bowls, blender, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils. Counter tops with waterfall edge and modern finishes. Stocked with coffee, tea, and condiments.
• LIVING ROOM: Gorgeous high-vaulted ceiling living room with tons of natural sunlight. Comfortable Crate and Barrel sectional sofa, 75” Smart Samsung internet capable TV with Prime/Hulu/Netflix/HBO, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Nintendo, fireplace heater with colorful lights, library, and guitar.
• DINING AREA: Beautiful dining area with 8 cozy chairs to enjoy delicious meals.
• BACKYARD: Private gated area with separate entry, sectional couch set, BBQ set, heat lamp, propane firepit, and wood burning firepit. S'more anyone? Fruit/Herb garden (e.g., grapes, pomegranate, lemon, lime, mint). Help yourself to fruit, feel free to cut fresh roses or enjoy the scents of the plumeria. Swing set, play structure with slide, trampoline, kid’s toys can be kept in patio or garage. Perfect for families or friends in sunny San Diego.
• FRONTYARD: Second gated areas. Private entry.
• HALLWAY CLOSET: In the closet you'll find plenty of fresh towels, clean sheets, blankets, board games, and extra items we thought you may need during your stay (e.g., hair dryer, iron, steamer, curling iron).

• GARAGE: Washer/Dryer and extra items you may need during your stay (e.g., Beach cooler, beach grill, boogie board, sand toys, roller blades, tables, kids’ items)

• Bedroom 1 /Bathroom 1: Sprawl out and relax in your comfortable master suite with lots of closet space, comfy King bed, Smart internet capable TV, ensuite full bathroom with stand-alone shower, yoga mat in closet, ceiling fan, and phone charger.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 2 lamps with USB chargers, extra pillows/blankets/air mattress in closet, and desk with extra monitor & HDMI connection to get work done, if needed.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed, 2 lamps with USB chargers, humidifier, and dresser (pack & play available upon request).
• Bonus Room/Bedroom 4: Extra-large 4th bedroom has a second living area, is off the main patio area, abundant natural lighting, 65" Smart internet capable TV, double bed, pocket doors, couches, and closed toys closet. Room is an extension and has an infrared heater/fan. Private entrance/exit and access to backyard.
• Bathroom 2: Clean and beautiful Capri inspired full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Across from Bedroom 3.

Please clean before and after use, if available. Some examples: stroller, baby chair, rockers, air mattress, crib, pack and play, fans, heaters, hair dryer, curling iron, iron, steamer, various appliances, kitchen tools, books, gaming console, trucks, bikes, scooter, toys, kid’s basketball set, various ride-on toys, roller blades, boogie board, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, bbq grill, all items in garage/cabinets/outside....
