While the house maintains its own privacy and district living space, please note there are outdoor spaces and a driveway which are shared with the house next door, and foster a friendly and communal atmosphere. The layout ensures that each guest can enjoy their own space while still having access to all the wonderful amenities.
Interaction with Guests:
We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.
Other thing to Note:
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Our home undergoes professional deep cleaning before every stay.
There are neighbors nearby-please do not disturb them, especially during the overnight quiet hours.
Driveway parking and games/beach gear is shared with the house next door. Street parking is free. You may need to communicate with the unit next door if a vehicle needs to be moved.
Please inquire about availability if you would like to book the house next door in addition to this home, as this will provide more space, parking, and exclusive access to amenities.
If you are bringing a pet, there is a $100 fee. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from the host.
The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
Check-in is 4:00 pm or later. Early check-in is subject to availability. Please check with us regarding fees for early check-in. Check-out is at 10:00 am. A $100 fee will be charged for every 20 minutes past 10:00 am. After 1:00 pm, an additional one night’s fee will be automatically charged to your account plus an additional $500 penalty fee.
Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are permitted to be on the property unless we are notified and approve the additional guests in advance. Quiet hours are from 9 pm-8 am. Host reserves the right to discontinue reservation if quiet hours rules are violated and penalties may apply.
There are security cameras throughout the exterior of the property. Noiseaware sensors can be found inside and outside of the property. The purpose of these sensors is to notify use if the noise is sustained above a certain threshold. Normal conversation will not trigger alerts.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home. Vomit, stool, or blood on the property is considered a biohazard cleaning and will result in extra fees.
There is a pet fee of $100 which covers one pet. All pets must be authorized prior to check-in.
The reservation holder will be held liable and responsible for all guests at the property, including damage/incident fees incurred during the stay. Guests are responsible for placing all trash in the receptacles.
