The Piazza della Bollente with its hot spring is a must-see. Discover Piedmontese cuisine with risotto and truffles and spend a day in the provincial capital of Alessandria with its historic sights such as the Cittadella, a 16th century fortress, and the Piazza della Libertà, a lively square with elegant buildings and cafés.
