"First time in Galapagos and the staff and management at the Indigo made it the most amazing trip. They were very helpful in booking different activities and restaurants. The staff also made great drinks and food was excellent at the hotel. It is by far the most luxurious option in Galapagos. While some write about it being a higher price point, it is fully worth it for the level of service, cleanness of rooms, quality of food and hotel. Our room was very comfortable, offering a safe, closet, fridge, & microwave. No TV, but you don't want a tv on a beautiful island. Taxi service was great. "The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Some comments below were talking about construction and lack of hot water. We did not face these issues. We were a family of 4 and stayed in their 1 bedroom apartment. I did not notice any construction taking place, maybe its all done. And their was no shortage of hot water for a family of 4. The location was great too, its a 5 min walk to the pier. "
