Bonita propiedad colonial, personal muy amable y atento. Tiene una bonita vista en su interior. Nomas como mejora, deberían considerar pantallas más grandes en habitaciones para apreciar mejor los programas, películas y series. De allí en fuera lo recomiendo y volvería a regresar.

El lugar es bastante bonito, muy fotografiable, las habitaciones son comfortables y perfectas, como lo esperariamos, el unico defecto es el baño que no cerraba su puerta (posiblemente solo en mi habitacion), de ahi exelente recomendado

MAL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. OJO OFRECEN ESTACIONAMIENTO PERO ES PEQUEÑO Y NO ENTRAN TODOS LOS AUTOS. El 24 de Dic llegamos tarde, nos abrieron el estacionamiento y nos dijeron que nos estacionáramos detrás de un auto, a las 5:45AM tocaron la puerta para mover nuestro auto porque iban a salir! Como atascaron el estacionamiento fue complicado incluso sacar el auto. Al otro día dimos nuestro comentario que eso no se hace, como huésped uno va a descansar y más en una fecha como el 24 de Dic, comentamos que no deberían dejar pasar más autos al estacionamiento si no tienen lugar y que deberían decir y lo dejamos afuera y quizá puedan ellos “echarle un ojo” pero no que nos hagan meterlo estorbando y nos despierten 5:45 AM para moverlo, y nos dijeron que “se nos advirtió” cosa que no fue cierta, dijeron también “eran las 6AM” igual les comentamos que no importaba somos huéspedes y eso no se hace, cuando dijimos que nadie nos dijo que debíamos moverlo de madrugada nos contestó la de recepción “pues no se a quien creerle si a usted o a mi gente”, a partir de esa respuesta decidí no argumentar más, evidentemente el personal debería tener mayor capacitación de servicio al cliente para poder tener un mayor criterio. MALA señal del wifi. Almohadas incómodas. El personal de recepción es el más ineficiente que me ha tocado, no escuchan y en cambio se “defienden” :(

サンクリストバルデラスカサス観光にて利用。 駐車場が部屋の前で利便性が良い。 中心地からは少し遠いが、車での利用には良いと思う。 12月末に泊まったのだが、一泊目は寒くて凍えたが、翌日追加の毛布を借りられたので問題なく過ごせた。

Muy bonito hotel, está súper agradable las Camas suaves, habitación amplia, las personas super amables, tiene todos los servicios y además cuenta con un restaurante que es a la carta, el menú desde 120 pesos. El centro está a 10 min, las calles son pequeñas así que si traen auto es mejor dejarlo.
