La chica me informó que no cobraron en la aplicación de Expedia y al momento de hacer el pago, la persona que estaba con ella le dijo que retirara la tarjeta del cobrador de banco y la metiera en la de clip y el cargo si se hizo pero ellos no lo veían reflejado y tuve que pedir cancelacion y devolución a mi banco. En la habitación no servían los contactos y no todas las lámparas, la del baño hacia falso y se apagaba continuamente.

No volvería a estar en el.
La atención de las personas que estaban a cargo fue muy buena y prestos a ayudarnos pero La habitación familiar que me otorgaron estaba en malas condiciones, mucha humedad en paredes y techos (se estaba cayendo la pintura) fuga en baño además de las manchas de moho en pisos, las toallas se estaban rompiendo de lo usadas que estaban. Puede ser que las habitaciones que están en las fotos estén así de bonitas pero las dos habitaciones que usamos de tres camas no lo estaban. Muy mal por poner fotos que no corresponden a la realidad.

Excelente, no dejes de visitarlo.
El hotel muy bonito, con muchos detalles y la atención personalizada muy buena y cordial. Muy recomendable la cata de vinos. La cava es una obra de arte. Excelente.

Mienten al decir que tienen estacionamiento, los carros quedan en la calle, la zona no se ve segura como para dejar en la calle los carros, por ese motivo no nos quedamos y aún así nos hicieron el cobro pese a que se eligió pagar en mostrador, nos presentamos y ahí se hizo la cancelación y nos dijeron que no habría cargo alguno, cosa que si hubo y ahora se lavan las manos diciendo que Expedia es quien hace el cobro aunque se haya elegido pago en mostrador

En la habitación a una cama le faltaba una tabla de la base y se hundía, aparte en la misma habitación nos picaron unos bichos que lo más seguro es que sean chinches. El lugar de aspecto general es muy bonito, pero la ubicación está muy retirada, caminando son 40 minutos al centeo y está en una zona que no es muy bonita.
