"Everything was actually better than expected, the staff are amazing and will make sure you are taken care of! The door men get you the safe and legitimate cabs but Ubers are cheaper and faster. Nice little beach area and two pools. The shower head needed to be replaced in my room but other then that it was a pretty great stay."

"Our room was huge, which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well, however there was no hot water in the shower. I brought it up with the front desk and nothing was ever done. The staff was very friendly. "

"The hotel is direct into the beach, security is good, but south from the hotel acces is a much. Better beach and more people and less likely to be price gouged. The hotel is perfect and family friendly , we were happy and secure, would stay here again"

"We loved the hotel and the service, the only thing I would like is that you to fix the floors around the pools, they are raised and it is dangerous for children who play around with the wet floor, my daughter tripped and haired her foot."

"There's no hot water. The gym is awful.... really small and no treadmill..... incredible a gym in a Hotel without treadmill. Besides that the buffet breakfast is good and included, the a/c at the room is FENOMENAL and the room with balcony is OK.....kind of small and the bathroom really small too. The service was great. There's a Marketplace (small supermarket) opens 24 hour so it's extremely convenient and everything is at a better price than in the hotel."

"We had a wonderful time here and we hope to return often. From the smiling helpful doorman to the restaurant staff to the front desk and cleaning stuff, we had nothing but friendly and positive experiences. The room was beautiful. We particularly enjoyed the many spaces— the rooftop Jacuzzi and gym where we watched the sunset to the swimming pool area and the beach. Thank you, Radisson Cartagena!"

"I loved my stay at Casa Emma! We stayed for 10 days with my husband and my 6 month old daughter. It is very well situated, meaning a lot of restaurants, museums and attractions are at walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was always tasty and fresh! The front desk staff and the cleaning team was simply incredible. They were all extremely kind, professional and always willing to help. The area is safe and overall I would recommend this beautiful boutique...

"This has to be the best choice in Cartagena. Food is really good. on the beach big beach. rooms have balconies. plenty of staff very professional easy-going. really great choice. pools many waterslide lots of fun, great design all around and safe. The whole place inside hotel is really safe."
