Two apartments, one great experience! This is a unique opportunity to book an upstairs and downstairs unit together, perfect for larger groups or families that need a little extra space while still being located together. The downstairs Hideaway has its own private entrance, they do not have conjoined access. This makes it the perfect solution for groups who want to come together during the day but may want some privacy at the end of the evening.

About the Space
Unit #4 is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom corner cottage with astonishing views from the living room. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen and a 10 person dining table, making it easy to prepare and enjoy a meal together. The dual-basin master bathroom has a recently renovated shower, providing a spa-like experience after a long day at the beach. This unit can accommodate four adults comfortably in beds. The 2 living room futons can be put down into additional beds for up to two more guests, ideally children. There is space to accommodate an additional 2 guests on a queen Aerobed. For your comfort, we recommend no more than 6 people in this unit, though 8 can be accommodated.

Unit B is a one bedroom studio, a perfect space to lounge and recharge. This unit has a compact, fully equipped kitchen, dining space for four and king bed in the bedroom. The private entrance opens out onto a long deck with outstanding views. This space is best suited for a couple or individual, however up to 4 people can be accommodated. This unit can accommodate two adults comfortably in beds. The living room sofa pulls out into a bed for up to two more guests, ideally two children. A starter pack of household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is provided for your stay in each unit.

San Clemente is known for its year-round perfect weather, averaging 310 sunny days a year. This Spanish Village by the Sea has pristine beaches and abundant dining and entertainment options. From this property you are a short walk to the sand. Beach access is located 10 houses down at the stair trail down to the sand. Downtown Del Mar shopping and dining is just a 5 minute drive away and the San Clemente Pier is a picturesque oceanfront walk, just a mile away down the beach trail.

Down the hill you can catch the free San Clemente trolly to easily access bike rentals, golf cart rentals, movie theaters, outlet shopping, and much more around town. The Ole Hansen Beach Club and The Casino San Clemente wedding venues are within walking distance of the property. Feel like venturing out? The city is perfectly located in between San Diego and Los Angeles and only 35 miles away from Disneyland.

This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Out of respect to our neighbors, we do not allow parties, loud music, or motorcycles. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am per city ordinance.

There is assigned parking available for 1 vehicle. For additional vehicles, find street parking down the hill. Be aware of street sweeping days and parking restrictions when parking in the neighborhood.

This property does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in each room and a portable AC unit can be rented during your stay for an additional charge.
