Fun Beach Vacay
Perfect location to shops and the beach. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the balcony was enjoyable. Riki was very nice and welcoming and helped set the tone for our beach getaway. We look forward to staying here again!

Great San Clemente Stay
The location of "The Cottage" is great for a getaway in San Clemente. Walk to the beach or the quaint downtown area with good eats and great shops. Riki was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed before arrival and during check-in. We would highly recommend the stay.

Five stars for SB Cottage
My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. Riki thought of everything for this cute cottage, we were so comfortable here! The AC was the icing on the cake for us, very very nice! Also quick walk to shops in town or the beach. We will be back!

We enjoyed the spacious environment, including a large deck that we could sunbath on. the spacious environment, including a large deck that we could sunbath on. We had easy walking access to the beach and up to the shops and restaurants. This was a well supplied home. All we needed to do was buy a few groceries. Great spot!
My wife and I had a great time vacationing for two weeks at this property. The location is great, check-in was easy, the neighborhood was quiet, and everything in the cottage worked as expected. It was really nice to just be able to walk a few blocks to all the restaurants, coffee shops, etc. -- we barely used our rental car! Would definitely rent again.

We totally enjoyed our stay in SC. Riki was a perfect host. Loved being in a neighbourhood, rather than a resort. Felt very safe, close to food, groceries, gas, beach, sunsets, relatives. Quiet neighbourhood, beautiful flowers, cacti everywhere. A variety of age groups, loved that. Great tv selection. Everything worked well, appliances, plumbing, etc. Great neighbours.

Spacious, comfortable property in perfect location!
The property was spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located close to town and close to the beach. Riki was wonderful to work with, and took the time to stop by, and make sure everything was great. Having an off-street parking spot was also very convenient. We'll definitely be back!

Nice place in San Clemente, walk to the beach and restaurants
We had a nice stay at Riki's, who was really welcoming and kind. The check-in was perfect and she made sure to respond quickly. She even had a plumber come in and change the water heater who was making weird noises. The condo is functionnal and well equiped. A little improvement of the cleanliness could be great.

I have stayed here previously and am happy to return. The place is super cute and is in a great location. Its a short, easy to walk down to the beach/pier area. Also, a short walk to Del Mar Street where you can dine or shop. And I LOVE that I can bring my little dog... that makes a HUGE difference to me. I will definitely return.

The property is extremely clean and beautiful. Rikki makes sure you have everything you need. We try to go to this VRBO every summer. The beach is walking distance also close to the main street with tons of restaurants and fun boutiques. Nothing but good vibes!!

Great host and great location
Riki was a great host. Great communication with her before our arrival and during our stay . Nice location with everything you go to a place like San Clemente close by. (Beach, Del Mar for dining and shopping, and, of course , the beach.) House was very cute and very roomy. Riki keeps it well stocked with all necessary supplies, etc. Bed was very comfortable . Very nice front patio to sit on. Really enjoyed our stay.
