"This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. The unit itself was great with lots of space and everything we needed. It had a beautiful ocean view. "The host is great and property is nice. The problem is that despite the map and listing clearly listing it in Paracas, it is located in Pisco, 20 minutes from where the map indicates it is. Also, it's renting out rooms and not the house (which is not what I have experienced with VRBO listings before), so we had a lot of slamming doors from the other guests for a lot of our first night."
