"We loved our stay in the villa. The location felt rural enough but was also only a 10 minute walk into town (it’s a bit steep though) where there were some great bars, restaurants and a little shop. The pool has a great view and there is plenty of land (including an onsite vineyard). We had some challenges finding the villa by car due to some roadworks and the person who met us did not speak any English (we don’t speak any Italian), however a call to the property managing agent sorted this out....

"Giovanni was an amazing host. He even gave us a welcoming gift of a bottle of wine and apples. I had such an incredible time just relaxing in the peace and quiet and getting some writing done. I would recommend this spot to anyone who is interested in doing the same."

"Es ist der perfekte Ort zum erholen. Man ist mitten in der Natur und doch nicht komplett von dem malerischen Dorf Panzano entfernt. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was notwendig ist. Es war unglaublich sauber, auch drumherum das Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Es gibt rein gar nichts zu bemängeln. Der Eigentümer und die weiteren Ansprechpartner sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, höflich und immer bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Es sind zwei weitere Ferienunterkünfte auf dem Grundstück und durch...

"We had a fabulous stay in this Italian house in Toscany. Rooms are big, every room has his own bathroom. The swimming pool is clean and there are enough seats. There is a nice terrace for the ones who wants to stay in the shadow. The beds are great. The nice little village has 2 good restaurants where we had great nights out and is only 5 minutes away by car. Sienna is only 1h15 away. A nice lake at only 30 minutes! The only - point I can give is the kitchen which in our opinion hadn't enough...

"Beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Very central - so close to Il Campo and the Duomo and restaurants and cafes. Great communications. Good facilities. Fab air conditioning which we really needed. Only issue was the back shower which trickled from the top shower but the other shower was decent. We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Nannini and look forward to returning. Highly recommend."
