You must have your own vehicle!
The property is lovely, with lots of roses and other beautiful plants. The people who own the hotel are very nice. They deliver a breakfast tray to each apartment. They don't speak English, but when our limited Spanish failed, they brought in their young son as translator.
Having said all that, the hotel didn't work for us, and we had to forfeit the money and move into town. We didn't have a car, and you absolutely have to have a vehicle to stay here. It's several miles outside of Bariloche. None of the tours do hotel pickups that far out. It was impossible to walk to town, and there is almost no public transportation.
Also, it was on the wrong (non-lake) side of a busy highway. It was disappointing that we couldn't even see the water. The apartment has a very large kitchen and eat-in area, a small bedroom with bath, and a second bedroom up steep stairs. Unfortunately, there was no sitting area. We had to sit at the kitchen table to read or talk.
When we told the owners we had to move into town, they kindly gave us a ride at no charge.
