"Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up"
