"Hotel San Bada was in a great location, had all the luxuries we needed, and the staff was fantastic. Pools were beautiful with sightings of iguanas. The roof top restaurant was amazing with views of wildlife including toucans, parrots, and other bird species. Daniel, our waiter went above and beyond! We had a great stay!"

"Shana is definitely better than the other hotel we stayed at. The playa biseanz is a wonderful beach with iguana’s and crab’s and clear water. We got a Royal jungle view with private pool - I would say the room and the bathroom were amazing but the private is outside and not connected to your room. We had to call front desk every time to turn the pool on and the lights didn't work which becomes dark to swim after sunset. The breakfast was amazing and all the facilities were provided. Overall I would say Shana is a top-class hotel and it is worth the price to stay."

"We stayed at Hotel Naoz in late March. Great communication ahead of time to ask when we'd be arriving. Very comfy and clean room. Staff at reception were very helpful with our questions and requests. Oscar and his team at breakfast deserve a special shoutout for wonderful service and great food! "
