"I loved my stay here. The property was in an incredible area; loads of places to eat between cafes and restaurants, shopping of all kinds surrounding, easy short walks to any of the local sightseeing. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the communication before checkin was extremely helpful and they offered us early check in for no fee when we got there early and tired from our long train ride there. Our room was spacious, well supplied, very clean and exceptionally comfortable. It was a great space especially for the price we paid. The bed was the comfiest of our trip. The shower was incredible, the supplied kitchenette was a wonderful surprise and the breakfast was quite a good spread for a very decent price. I’m sad to leave Verona so soon but I am eager to come back and when I do, I will be staying here again. "

"We had a fairly small room but good, comfortable bed. The added bonus for us was the valet parking that worked amazing. Even though the hotel is in the city center, we could park, unload the car and then we left the key in the reception and it was parked. On the departing day we ordered the car for noon and no problem. Superb service! We will come back for sure!"

"Just in Verona for a quick overnight and wish we had more time after enjoying this hotel and its great location! Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, beautiful piazzas, and the train station. Hotel staff was friendly and gave wonderful options for a few restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, had fabulous ambient lighting and a fairly large bathroom and perfect waterfall shower! "

"Giovanni at the front desk was Súper courteous and nice! I don’t like the breakfast poor choices, too Many sweets wasn’t good neither, the egg was runny and the bacon under cook and the crosaint over cook! Also the shower was slippery almost fell"

"Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."
