The house offers an exceptional sea view, embedded in a garden with several terraces and a heated pool. Three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living / dining room with roof dome, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious entrance area with high-quality furniture offer a pleasant atmosphere. All rooms have satellite TV, Internet and WiFi are available.
Guime is quiet and a bit away from the usual mass tourism and offers supermarkets and a tapas bar in the immediate vicinity.
The beach of Playa Honda (3km) as well as numerous shops, restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Some sports equipment. how

IT IS NOT PRIVATE ACCOMODATION!
Positive points: Pancho is very kind and professional, the view from the living room is great and the swimming pool is warm Negative points: the german owner is rude, inappropiate, intrusive and the worst thing is that he lives in a dependance inside the villa, so the villa is NOT PRIVATE AT ALL.

Schönes Haus - zentral gelegen
Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage von Lanzarote, Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. Restaurantionen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10-15 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Kleine probleme werden von Pancho sehr schnellerledigt, Danke fürden schönen Urlaub , beidem auch das Wetter perfektmitgespielt hat

Schöner Aufenthalt in toller Lage
Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und wurden vom Verwalter Pancho und seiner Frau (die Familie lebt im Untergeschoss des Hauses) sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung und der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man hat einen großartigen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Flughafen. Wir haben es geliebt, die startenden und landenden Flugzeuge zu beobachten. Wenige Autominuten entfernt findet man alle Geschäfte, die man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Überhaupt ist der Ort sehr günstig gelegen, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und auch für 6 Erwachsene gibt es ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnlandschaft im runden Wohnzimmer ist wunderschön und am großen Tisch im Esszimmer haben wir wunderbar essen und auch spielen können. Auch draußen auf der Terrasse sind genug Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein großer Tisch vorhanden. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, was für uns richtig toll war. Wir haben wunderbar alle Vorräte dort unterbringen können. Da wir im Urlaub überwiegend Selbstversorger sind und selten in Restaurants gehen, legen wir Wert auf ausreichend Küchenutensilien. Diese waren leider für unsere Personenanzahl nicht ausreichend vorhanden - Müslischalen, Gläser, Tassen und Töpfe mussten wir über den Hausverwalter Pancho nachfordern. Dies wurde umgehend erledigt, aber grundsätzlich sollte da einiges ausgetauscht und neu angeschafft werden. Eines der Schlafzimmer machte einen neuen Eindruck und unsere Tochter und Schwiegersohn waren total begeistert. In den beiden anderen Schlafräumen sollte man zumindest Lattenroste und Matratzen erneuern. Der beheizte Pool war ein echtes Highlight - er wurde von Pancho auch täglich gereinigt. 2 Liegen waren porös und mussten entsorgt werden - leider hatten wir für unseren restlichen Aufenthalt nur noch 4 Liegen zur Verfügung. Insgesamt haben wir die Woche zu sechst bei dem herrlichen Wetter sehr genossen!

Wonderful Tranquil Villa
Myself and my family have just returned from a 9 night stay. We took a taxi on arrival and it was less than 10 euros. Beautiful villa stocked with all you need and plenty of space. Wonderfully clean and presented. Pool was great and looked after by the owner in the morning and evening. Pancho and his wife are also an asset and helpful with any queries we had. Lovely constant breeze due to the higher elevation. This was much appreciated in the heat. Pancho & Ralf we’re kind and helpful, even taking us to the supermarket to get shopping, recommending restaurants and took us to Puerto Del Carmen and local tapas bars without intruding on our holiday. Based on our time there we would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday whilst being close enough to towns for the social element. Thank you Ralf, Pancho & Jenny x

J’ai apprécié la super vue et la piscine, mais il y’a beaucoup de vent. Poncho est très serviable et aimable. Mais j’ai été déçu que le propriétaire soit présent et logeait au sous sol a parler au téléphone dans la terrasse de beau matin et cela a plusieurs reprises . Il faire beaucoup allé retour . Nous avons pris une maison c’est pour être seule en famille, si non nous serions allés à hôtel . Mais je recommande très beau paysage et super vu sur l’océan et l’aéroport ( les avions ne font pas trop de bruit ça va ) .

Nachdem die Pandemie uns 2 Jahre von Fernreisen abgehalten hat wollten wir dieses Jahr auf “Nummer Sicher” gehen und haben erneut die Villa Berlin gebucht. Traumwohnung auf Lanzarote
Wir waren zu Dritt im März 2022 für neun Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Sie liegt zentral, so dass wir mit dem Mietwagen die ganze Insel gut erkunden konnten. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man zum leben braucht. Der Pool hatte 29 Grad Celsius. Ich würde sie wieder buchen.

Dreamful villa
I asked Ralf if neighbors could have a view on the pool area and the temperature of the pool water. Ralf answered "Hello, the neighbor has no view and the pool is 28 degress. Tschüss Ralf" Temperature was accurate. One day, it was 30.5 degrees. A dream. The neighbor has full view on the pool area like people who walk in the top of Calle El Amanecer. Moreover, Pancho and senorita live on site ! Not often. And only on determinated time. So this was not a real problem. Moreover this guy welcomes you and takes care of you with efficiency. Despite this misunderstanding, we had a wonderful stay in this villa. Marvelous view on the ocean ... And the airport. Airplanes are absolutely not disturbing. Full calm area. Full equipped villa. Except a dryer would be appreciated. We recommend this place.

Very comfortable and spacious, good views day and night. We appreciated the pool even in January. Well located on the island but we had a car and felt that this was necessary as its hilly getting to and from Guime. Supermarkets nearby and good kitchen made catering "at home" easy. We liked having Playa Honda, Playa Carmen and Arrecife nearby.

Perfekter Urlaub
Unseren einwöchigen Urlaub haben wir sehr genossen.Das Haus ist der Anzeige entsprechend ausgestattet und sauber. Die obere Ebene haben wir bewohnt, im unteren Teil wohnt der super freundliche Verwalter Pancho mit Familie. Pancho hat uns nach der Ankunft alles erklärt, und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Interessant ist auch der in Sichtweite gelegene Flughafen mit Meer dahinter. Hier gibts immer was zu sehen, aber kaum was zu hören. Für Einkäufe ( Lidl und Mercadona ) und Ausflüge sollte ein Fahrzeug da sein. Durch die zentrale Lage ist alles gut und schnell erreichbar. Eine Woche war zu kurz und wir wollen gerne bald wieder kommen.

Super Lage, herrliches Objekt
Das Objekt ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Es bietet einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Der Hausverwalter wohnt mit seiner Familie auf dem Grundstück und ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.

Für uns perfekt zum Ausspannen
Wir (Ehepaar ohne Kinder) haben in dem Haus alles vorgefunden, was wir zur Erholung benötigten. Die Lage, abseits des typ. Tourismustrubels, war für uns perfekt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in 15-45 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn wir mal in den Tourismusbereich wollten waren wir auch schnell in Costa Teguise, Arrecife oder Puert del Carmen. Supermärkte (Mercadona, Lidl und HiperDino) sind weniger als 5 Auto-Minuten entfernt. Pancho war sehr freundlich und immer bemüht uns bei Fragen weiterzuhelfen. Die Verständigungsprobleme haben wir dabei mit Übersetzungs-Apps lösen können.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines formidables avec nos enfants adolescents. La maison est très fonctionnelle, rien ne manque, la vue est incroyable, (la proximité avec l’aéroport n’est absolument pas gênante, il n’y a pas de nuisance sonore, sans doutes les vents qui ne portent pas dans notre direction!) les différentes terrasses de la maison vous permettent de profiter du soleil même les jours de grand vent. En revanche le soir, prévoir une petite laine si vous souhaitez dîner dehors. La température de la piscine au mois d’août a oscillé entre 24 et 29 degrés, vous pouvez donc prévoir sans problème de vous y baigner, et si vous aimez aussi les bains de mer, la plage de Famara, de Quemada ou les plages au Nord de l’île près de Orzola sont superbes. La maison se trouve dans un endroit très central sur l’île et vous pouvez aisément parcourir l’île du Nord au Sud dans la journée, la situation géographique est parfaite et les commerces à 10min en voiture (voiture indispensable) Pancho s’occupe de la piscine et vous aidera si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit pendant votre séjour, c’est un plus ! Merci à Ralph de nous avoir accueilli dans sa maison. Bon séjour aux prochains vacanciers, vous allez adorer.

Ich weiß gar nicht, was ich noch schreiben soll...
denn es wurde ja schon alles gesagt. Das Haus ist ein Traum ! Blitzsauber !!! Und wenn ich das sage, will das was heißen. (Mein Spitzname ist Sagrotan und bei uns zu Hause sind sogar die Viren keimfrei) Es geht auch ohne Mietwagen, denn die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Aber die meiste Zeit haben wir am und im Pool verbracht. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Pancho und Jeny, die viel dazu beigetragen haben, daß der Urlaub perfekt war. Pancho ist ein Sonnenschein, immer gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Und vielen Dank Herr Berlin für die netten Telefonate. Ich hoffe, daß Sie bald mal wieder ein paar Wochen in Ihrem Traumhaus verbringen können.

Erholsamer Urlaub trotz Coronazeit
Wir waren die erste Familie, die nach dem großen lockdown in Lanzarote wieder in dieser Villa war. Es war alles sehr sauber und Pancho und seine Frau haben immer ausreichend Abstand gehalten zu ihrer und unserer Sicherheit! Es stand Desinfektionsmittel für uns zur Verfügung. Die Einreise nach Lanzarote war absolut unproblematisch. Man musste 2 Tage vor der Anreise einen Gesundheitsfragebogen online für alle Personen ausfüllen. Danach bekam man dann für jeden einen QR-Code. Dieser wurde bei der Einreise im Flughafen eingescannt und danach lief man durch eine Art Wärmebildkamera-Bogen. Sollte es dort Auffälligkeiten geben, bekam man nochmals Temperatur auf der Stirn gemessen. Anschließend konnte man den Flughafen verlassen... Der Flug war mit der Mund-Nasen-Maske auszuhalten. Aber trotzdem gab es einige Personen, die ihre Maske gerne mal unter dem Kinn trugen...! Zur Zeit gibt es wohl nur 6 Positiv getestete Menschen auf Lanzarote. Wovon 5 illegale Einwanderer sind und 1 Person aus England kommt. In den Einkaufsmärkten stehen auch Desinfektonsspender am Ein- und Ausgang bereit. Ansonsten muss man im Geschäft eine Mund-Nasen-Abdeckung tragen, genau wie in Deutschland. Zu unserer Verwunderung mussten wir keinen Eintritt bezahlen, um die Straße zu den Papagayo-Stränden zu befahren. Vermutlich weil es insgesamt noch zu wenig Touristen auf der Insel gibt. Viele kleine Geschäfte zum shoppen sind auch noch geschlossen (oder Pleite!). Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub auf Lanzarote und sind froh, dass wir diesen antreten durften! Vielen Dank an Hr. Berlin für die vielen Telefonate im Voraus! Villa mit Pool auf Lanzarote in Güime mit allen erdenklichen Ausstattungen
Herr Ralf Berlin vermietet seine Villa mit beheiztem Pool auf Lanzarote mit allen erdenklichen Einrichtungsgegenständen. Und wenn dann evtl. doch mal etwas fehlt oder nicht in Ordnung ist (wie die uns zu dunklen Lampen in der Küche) sind umgehend Jeny oder Pancho zur Stelle. Die beiden Hausverwalter sind sehr gewissenhaft, zuverlässig und auch außergewöhnliche liebe und nette Menschen …..liebe Grüße an sie. Uns hat es absolut an gar nichts gefehlt. Ein Sessel wäre erwähnenswert = der Fernsehsessel …. er weist nun nach längerem Gebrauch leichte Lochmuster und Risse auf. Aber was macht das schon, wenn man von dort aus auf die prallgefüllte Hausbar blickt :-)

Een fantastische week met vrienden op een bijzonder eiland.
Fantastische woning met veel comfort en privacy. Mooie terrassen en tuinen, een groot zwembad en mooi uitzicht over playa Honda, de kuststrook en af en toe aankomende en vertrekkende vliegtuigen (die je niet of nauwlijks hoort. Guïme is mooi centraal gelegen om het hele eiland te verkennen. Ralf Berlin en Pancho bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

een goede eerste vakantie op Lanzarote
zeer goed uitgevoerde woning, goede faciliteiten en bijzonder vriendelijke en behulpzame beheerder (Pancho). wel voor ons ongewoon erg veel hele kleine mieren, moet je even mee omgaan. een airco voor de slaapkamers zou het echt af maken want het is in deze tijd ook 'snachts nog erg warm voor onze begrippen. Ondanks andere berichten was zwembad iet verwarmd maar ja .. afkoelen is dan ook lekker :-) , dus wij hebben een geslaagde vakantie gehad!
