Exclusive waterfront apartment of 50 square meters fully furnished and modernly furnished consisting of 1 bedroom and living room with flat screen satellite TV, WIFI, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Located in the first line of the sea, the apartment has 2 terraces: one in the living room with nice and direct sea views and another in the bedroom.

It is a very bright property because of its corner location with direct sea views, where all its rooms face to the exterior of a beautifully landscaped and well-kept apartment complex. its gardens contain some species of autochthonous Canarian flora. The apartment has also direct access to Playa del Aguila, a small and quiet cove in the south of Gran Canaria.

It has also a large solarium and a pool area of ​​water with Jacuzzi, protected at its limits with a glass barrier to ensure the safety of children and to make your stay in it pleasant and relaxed. I really offer an ideal and quiet space with wonderful views over the sea, where you can rest with the beach at your feet.

The Sun Club Apartments are located next to Bahia Feliz, 15 minutes by car from the Special Natural Reserve of the Dunes of Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés and Playa de Meloneras; and 10 minutes from the famous Yumbo Shopping Center, one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Spain. It is in this well-known Shopping Center where 2 very relevant international events each year are held: the Maspalomas International Carnival and the Maspalomas International Gay Pride. In addition, there are all kinds of services and leisure areas around the Sun Club apartments, such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ... and even a Windsurfing school just beside it. The nearest airport is Gran Canaria International Airport, 22 km away.

Marvelous Location
This is a beautiful little property. It is cozy and tastefully decorated. There is so much to see and great places to eat within walking distance. We really enjoyed our time here.

Fabulous holiday
This was our first booking using Vrbo and from the outset we had contact with our host José, he was always happy to answer any questions we may have had. The apartment is a home from home, everything you are likely to need is provided. It was exceptionally clean and José explained where everything was and how it worked (aircon, washer, electric blinds etc) There are some lovely restaurants a short walk away in Bahia Feliz and another one 5 minutes away (booking recommend if you want to sit overlooking the sea). Our host was very kind, helpful and generous, a lovely gentleman. Thank you José and family.

Nice apartment, but owner
The apartment was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay and cleaned up after ourselves, but we had stayed for 4 nights and it wasn't pristine when we left. I am a host as well, so left the apartment in a condition that would have been acceptable to me. We received a strong message from the owner that we left the property in terrible condition and were very surprised by that. I think it is a case of the owner having very high expectations for the apartment to be left pristine, even though a cleaning fee is paid.

The 360 degree vocation
The days of vacation were all a discovery: the care of the apartment, equipped with every comfort (appliances, equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels, even pool and beach towels), with simple taste to make you comfortably feel at home , in a welcoming and cared for environment with the sea below the house and the possibility of walks along the coast, in an island to be discovered. Jose Manuel was flexible in schedules, available to provide strategic information for places to visit and dinners to enjoy, considerate, cozy and sunny. A great property in Gran Canaria
We found our communications with Jose to be very effective. He always replied promptly to all of our enquires. While he wasn’t able to meet us for the check in, he sent a member of his family who provided a complete and very warm and friendly overview. The unit has been renovated professionally using very good quality materials. It was very clean and modern, as shown in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having the air conditioners to cool the place in the evening on warmer days. We ate as many meals as possible on the balcony which provides a wonderful view of the well maintained property as well as the ocean. While we found the pool rather cold, the sunning deck beyond was great for those wishing a tan. Our only issue was on occasion with the ability to park in the area. During about 2/3 of our two week stay, we were able to find a spot on the road immediately behind the complex. However, the other times (especially on weekends) searching for open spaces was pretty competitive. Nevertheless, we never had to park more than a 6 min walk from the entrance. For those not renting a car, it should be noted that while there is a wonderful walk along the rocks and beach heading to Playa del Ingles, it stops about one km from the condo and you need to walk on the sidewalk near the road to access it.

Top Wohnung für Paare oder Familie
Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles was es braucht, vorhanden. Sehr schöne geräumige Schlafzimmer (auch auf der Gallerie). 3 grosse TV. Kleines aber trotzdem geräumiges Badezimmer. Gemütlicher Balkon. Pool ist leider etwas veraltet. Dafür direkter Zugang zum Strand.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage
Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, direkt am Meer. Der Strand, als auch der Pool-Bereich waren kaum besucht. So ließ es sich sehr schön entspannen. Bei Fragen rund um die Wohnung oder zu Aktivitäten in der Umgebung waren die Vermieter immer schnell ansprechbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schön, klare Empfehlung
Das Apartment ist selber sehr schön, modern und umfangreich ausgestattet, sehr sauber und in einer einzigartigen Lage mit direkten Zugang zum Meer. Die Anlage mit Pool ist gepflegt, aber an der einen oder anderen Stelle schon etwas abgenutzt. Der Pool und die Liege Landschaft wird von der Anlage gemeinschaftlich genutzt und wird von Familien und allen Altersgruppen benutzt. Der Pool hat eine Tiefe von 1,5 m, daher nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet, er ist aber komplett eingezäunt. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech, da der Pool repariert werden musste und deshalb für die meiste Zeit nicht benutzt werden konnte. Wir haben deshalb einen Teil des Preises, was also sehr fair war. Außerdem wurden mindestens drei Apartments grundsaniert, weswegen es am Vormittag zu Baulärm kam. Das herrliche Wetter die Lage am Meer und die Freundlichkeit der Spanier machen das aber wieder wett. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.

Great again
Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Wohnung von José und es war wieder wunderbar. Nachdem wir im letzten Jahr schon so einen schönen Urlaub dort hatten, sind wir dieses Jahr gleich nochmal dorthin gereist. Die Wohnung ist hell und mit wirklich allem eingerichtet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. José ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hatte uns aufgrund verspäteter Anreise eine "Erstversorgung" mit Speisen und Getränken bereit gestellt und sich dafür vom letzten Jahr gemerkt, dass wir Vegetarier sind. Am liebsten wären wir den ganzen Winter geblieben und wir sind bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen! Danke für alles José und hoffentlich bis bald mal wieder!

Wir wurden von Jose(Gastgeber)freundlich empfangen, hat sogar für die Erstversorgung gesorgt, Wurst, Getränke, Obst und etwas süßes . Einrichtung war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet (Ikeastyle)😍durften am Abreisetag sogar etwas länger bleiben, da Flug erst spät ging . Anlage sehr persönlich gestaltet,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Busse in der Nähe . Strand ist steinig aber nicht überfüllt.

Bestes Apartment
Ein wirklich tolles Apartment, vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich zu Hause. Jose, der Gastgeber, ist sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hat schon bei Ankunft bereits für ein paar Snacks, Lebensmittel und Getränke gesorgt, so dass man ohne Einkaufsstress in den Urlaub starten kann. Was für ein Service!! Die Wohnung ist exakt wie auf den Fotos (keine böse Überraschungen), es ist sehr sauber und ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind auch vorhanden. Es mangelt dem Apartment an gar nichts, top ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist ruhig und ebenfalls sauber und gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Kiesstrand über direkten Zugang von der Anlage zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder, Urlaub 2023 ist bereits gebucht. Mit Abstand die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Wir können uns den anderen tollen Rezensionen nur anschließen. Muchas gracias José por esta maravillosa estancia. Siguid así!!! Hasta el año que viene.

Heerlijke rustige omgeving in top vakantiehuis
Wat een heerlijk verblijf hebben we gehad. Jose Manuel is de beste gastheer die je kan bedenken. Hij zorgt voor een warm welkom en is heel fijn in het contact. Ik raad een ieder aan hier te verblijven. Het appartement heeft een fijn balkon, goede douche en toilet en op iedere kamer evt een tv. Keuken goed qua apparatuur, kortom niets om verder te wensen

Wunderbar!
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut innerhalb der Anlage gelegen und schön eingerichtet. José ist ein wundervoller und umsichtiger Gastgeber, der gut erreichbar ist und seine Wohnung sehr liebevoll für seine Gäste vorbereitet. Zur Begrüßung und Einweisung war er vor Ort und hatte diverse Leckereien und einen tollen Rotwein bereit gestellt. Besonders toll waren die frisch gewaschenen Fleecedecken, mit denen man eingekuschelt auch abends noch auf dem Balkon sitzen konnte, wenn es bereits kühler war. Selten (nie?!) haben wir soviel Grundausstattung in einer Ferienwohnung bei Anreise vorgefunden: Waschmittel, Spültabs, neuer Schwamm für den Abwasch, waschbare Küchenlappen und Küchenhandtücher. genug Handtücher im Bad und für den Pool, große Kücherolle, 4x Toilettenpapier und Einkaufstaschen für Einkäufe im Supermarkt. Die Betten sind prima, in allen Räumen gibt es Klimaanlagen und Fernseher und es gibt sehr schnelles WLAN. Die Anlage, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist sehr gepflegt. Man kann sie nur mit Schlüssel betreten und verlassen, so dass wirklich nur Leute auf der Anlage unterwegs sind, die dort hin gehören. Der Strandzugang aus der Anlage heraus, außerhalb des abgeschlossenen Bereichs vom Pool hinunter zum Strand ist leider ziemlich renovierungsbedürftig. Aber da man sich in diesem Durchgangsbereich ohnehin nicht länger aufhält, ist das zu verschmerzen. Der Strand hat schwarzen Sand und Steine. Es geht sehr flach ins sehr klare Wasser, so dass man dort gut baden und schwimmen kann, wenn man nicht nur in den Pool möchte. Wir waren jedenfalls insgesamt SEHR zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und haben hoffentlich bald wieder die Gelegenheit, einen Urlaub in José's Wohnung zu verbringen. Vielen Dank José für alles!

Familienurlaub 2021
Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr herzlich und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Anlage wurde täglich gereinigt und macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Im Sommer sind viele Familien aus Spanien da, also war schon etwas Trubel am Pool, der aber nicht gestört hat. Die Lage ist auch super, da man mit dem Bus sehr gut die ganze Küste erkunden kann und wer möchte, ist in einer Stunde mitten in den Bergen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Lovely one bed holiday apartment
Really nice, modern, clean and well proportioned one bed apartment with view from the balcony as picture shows. The property has pretty much all the amenities you would wish for, and I particularly appreciated the ample storage space, hooks on the backs of doors and a good bathroom light to make up! The only downside about the property we found was that we couldn't get any English TV programmes, although the owner has said he is working on that. The pool is lovely and a decent size, although as others have commented, very cold!! Owner was very helpful too and we were able to contact him throughout our stay if we needed any help.

Ruhige Anlage am Strand mit Leuchtturm
Schöne Anlage wie im Internet beschrieben! Direkt am Meer mit Strand vor der Tür. Am Ankunftstag wurden wir vom Eigentümer im Empfang genommen. Im Apartment stand zur Begrüßung ein Korb mit Leckereien sowie einige Getränke im Kühlschrank bereit. Wie in der Onlineanzeige beschrieben war auch alles so vorhanden, wie zum Beispiel Wasserkocher, elektrischer Entsafter, Stabmixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine usw. Selbst ein großer Fernseher mit deutschen Fernsehsendern war vorhanden. Wir hatten einige Bedenken weil wir schon schlechte Erfahrungen mit anderen Privatobjekten im Ausland gemacht haben, aber in diesem Fall waren die Bedenken unbegründet und wir konnten die knapp 3 Wochen Urlaub in wollen Zügen genießen können, selbst das Wetter war super. Auch eine Alarmanlage gehört zu diesem Apartment die wir sogar nachts einschalten konnten. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!
