Family holiday
An excellent property location with a very well equipped, clean and comfortable villa. The host communicated well beforehand and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend to anyone.

AMAZING!!!
Absolutely fantastic. The villa is SO much nicer than it looks in the pictures - the pool is huge and warm (but not too warm), and 6 sunbeds were laid out. The location is perfect - right next to the shops, restaurants and beach but not noisy at night and feels very private and safe. Jesus was a fantastic host - he was really welcoming and came at 8am every two days to clean the pool without disturbing us. He was only a text away if we ever needed anything. We will definitely be coming back if he’ll have us - best holiday ever!!

Highly recommended!
What a wonderful place! Don’t hesitate to book you will not be disappointed. Everything you could wish for to make your stay the best. We very much enjoyed the pool and the sunbeds. With shade if you wanted. The outside seating areas were perfect. We enjoyed using the barbecue too. We hired a car so it was very convenient to be able to park inside the property grounds. You do not need a car though as the bus stop is nearby to take you anywhere and the beach is so close too. The Spar shop just across the road is so convenient. We would pop there every day for fresh bread and supplies. Having two bathrooms is a bonus when there are two couples. The wifi was fantastic and we never had any problem at all which is something we always look for when booking somewhere to stay. Jesus comes every day to clean the pool and empty the bin. The pool is always immaculate and not too cold. He is always available if you have a question and we made good use of google translate to understand each other. When it was time to leave Jesus allowed us to stay an extra night as our flight was cancelled due to COVID. He was so helpful and accommodating in letting us stay until we needed to go to the airport. This really is so appreciated by us and we cannot thank him enough. We would definitely return and stay here if we came back. We are seasoned travellers and have stayed in many places all over the world so recognise good service and quality accommodation. Wonderful holiday.
Beautiful villa with a huge pool and in a fantastic location with everything you need just a few minutes walk from your door. Villa was very well equipped and Jesus cleaned the pool every morning. Would definitely recommend this Villa and Jesus was very friendly and helpful.

Clean, spacious with fully equipped kitchen with a heated pool.
A very clean and spacious property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A large sitting and dinning room. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and multi function oven and a large hob with lots of pans and utensils. Washing machine and iron etc all available in villa. Great heated pool kept clean daily by your host Jesus. He was also contactable via WhatsApp for the duration of our stay for any support. Will definitely return.

Ticks all the boxes for a no car required holiday.
Great 2 bed villa , the photo does not do it justice - very modern and comfortable inside. everything is nice, shiny and clean including the pool which is cleaned every morning.The location is great , walk out the door you have restaurants, supermarkets anything you want plus the beach . taxi rank 10 seconds away if you want to go any futhur distance. Sunshine and shade on tap from morning till night , what more could you ask for . An endless supply of clean towels , rubbish emptied every day - Jesus the owner is on whats app and is there for anything you need during your stay . Really cant fault it .

Beautiful haven for a small family get-away!
We are a family of 4 who were looking for a sunny Easter get-away and we decided on this villa due to the central location and private enclosed pool... we were drawn to this villa due to previous guests comments and we were not dis-appointed! If anything the pictures do not do the villa justice - its a beautiful villa, perfect for a small family with everything that you need for a lovely visit to Gran Canaria. The pool and decking area is lovely and not overlooked, the air conditioned villa is a nice place to relax.. and the security of being able to park you car behind the roller shutter door just helps you feel away from the outside world. Location wise the villa is right in the heart of Playa Del Ingles - literally 300 yards walk away from the resorts shops, bars and restaurants - again another reason we chose this villa...perfect for an evening stroll for all ages. Jesus the owner was the perfect host...keeping in touch through the stay via whatsapp to offer assistance should we need it and cleaning the pool every day. The villa is kitted out with everything that you need from towels, hairdryers, dishwasher, tv and most importantly (if you have teenagers) super fast broadband! All in all a perfect week in the sun - will definitely be returning next year! Thank you Jesus! Neil Scotland & Family

Fantastic place!! Great location and pool.
The perfect holiday home for a family. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. The swimming pool is really ideal, it is secluded and a very good size - the kids loved it. It is located close to the beach, restaurants and clubs. As mentioned in previous reviews, Jesus (the owner) was in touch during our stay to make sure everything was OK. Next time we're in Gran Canaria this will be the first property we will check avaliablilty....... Top marks!

Great holiday home, everything that you would need!
We enjoyed our weeks stay at this holiday home. This is a lovely home with everything that you would need and was nice and clean, lots of fresh towels, really a home from home! The outside area is great with a good sized swimming pool, sun beds, patio set and table with chairs. There is also parking for a hire car if you have one. The bungalow is in a good location just 5 mins walk to the beach and walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and supermarkets etc. The owner Jesus' was very helpful and made sure everything was ok for our stay. He also cleaned the pool every day and disposed of rubbish. He even offered to help us out when Monarch Airline went bust on us! Fortunately a flight was arranged for stranded passengers so we were able to get home! Thank you Jesus' for our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this property! It was lovely & clean, there were plenty of towels & fully equipped with everything you would need! The outside area was very secluded so you could relax & play in the pool without anyone looking on! Jesus was very helpful, texting every now & then to see if we needed anything & cleaned the pool every day for us! Everything is literally on your doorstep & the beach is only a 5 min walk! Would most definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay! :-)

Well-maintained bungalow with private pool
This is our third stay at this bungalow. The place has been slightly refurbished since our last stay and is very well maintained and fully equipped. We love the private pool (cleaned every day) and the close proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub
Wir konnten das Haus, den beheizten Pool und die Terrasse mit der gemütlichen Lounge fast drei Wochen genießen. Zu erwähnen ist nicht nur die voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Kaffeevollautomaten, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und vieles mehr. Jesús ist ein Gastgeber, der einem fast die Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen hat. Er hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Lage ist fantastisch - mitten im Zentrum und dennoch vergleichsweise ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Kurzum: es war ein perfekter Urlaub und wir kommen wieder!

Haus und Vermieter super
Das Haus und der Pool, Terrasse sind super. In der Küche alles was man sich wünscht, inklusive Kaffeevollautomat mit Bohnen. Unser Vermieter Jesus war einfach perfekt. Jeden Tag Pool gereinigt und als er gehört hat, dass wir Katzen lieben hat er uns sogar seine Katze "geliehen". Wer es allerdings ganz ruhig haben möchte, den wird wohl die Nähe zur Kashba stören. Abends kann die Musik lauter werden. Da die Schlafzimmer aber hinten liegen ist der Lärm beim Schlafen kein Problem. Klare Empfehlung.

Tolles Haus, super Gastgeber
Wir durften 11 Tage in diesem sehr schönen Haus verbringen. Wir waren zu fünft mit zwei 5 Monate alten Babys und unserem 7 Jahre alten Sohn. Das Haus war wirklich für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal, alles ebenerdig mit dem Buggy zu erreichen, sehr sauber, ein ganz toller Pool, tolle Veranda, die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (sogar Salatschleuder;-)), gute Messer, Gewürze, Kaffeebohnen etc, etc. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der schöne Strand fußläufig zu erreichen in 10min, alles gut mit Buggy machbar. Das Beste war allerdings der Gastgeber, der wirklich extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit war, kleinere Probleme wurden sofort beseitigt, er war immer sofort erreichbar. An einem Tag hatten wir Stromausfall, der am selben Tag behoben wurde, jedoch brachte die Tochter uns einen Gasgrill vorbei, damit wir in der Zwischenzeit die Babynahrung zubereiten können! Auch durften wir am Abreisetag länger bleiben. Aussergewöhnlich und super aufmerksam und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen herzlichen Dank an Jesus!!!
