Villa Violetta is an incredible villa in the highest part of Maspalomas. Exclusive residential area, away from the tourist mass, live the real experience of being a resident in a high-level property.

The house consists of four levels, perfectly distributed and with large rooms, views of the ocean, from San Agustín to the lighthouse and rear views of the mountains.

The house and its location are made to enjoy a perfect vacation and time to share with family and friends.

The villa has four floors, nine bedrooms, 34 beds, and a total of 650 square meters. The house offers large areas inside and out, exclusive materials, and great views. The villa has a spacious heated pool, jacuzzi, gym, pool table, darts, fiber, ping pong table, free bicycles, Xbox, Meta Quest 2 VR headset, board games, etc.

The villa is also suitable for companies or associations who want a conference or training camp.

There is an elevator in the house that goes to all four floors.

You will have exclusive access to the entire villa no part of the villa is shared with other guests.

Altos la Gloria is Maspaloma's most exclusive villa area. It is located quite close to the beach and restaurant.

Great villa and host
We had a great stay at this villa. Everything was clean and well organised. Close to beaches and nice areas to hang out in the villa. The host is a great guy and even did groceries for us the first day since we arrived late. Would definitely recommand
